I received a damaged, empty package for my order with a USPS apology note. I sent photos and an explanation to Rock Bros, and they promptly shipped a replacement order that arrived unharmed.

Wow- what a website! The number of options is almost overwhelming. I never fail to find what I need. They are also very responsive to questions- they have helped me find parts for very specific bikes.

ROCKBROS is amazing! I tried out the cycling shorts/jersey and the quality is top notch. The shorts are very comfortable and have a very flattering fit, the material is very durable and all in all is very comfortable on my rides. I am going to get them in every color 😍 the jersey fit like a glove and was very breathable. Looking forward to ordering more from this brand 🤍

Hello rockbros I recently purchased a 3D saddle after trying way to many others a
Saddle and I got 2 from your company one for the road bike and the other for my MTB and let me tell you it's feels amazing I got my bike fitted and took it for my 1st 30 miles and no more pain or numbness thanks for making a great saddle and not to expensive and super comfortable

Customer service was amazing.

Ordered the Rockbro gravis and it was a good experience. Great bike it will tackled any terrain . Very nice components and rides great . Highly recommend.

I ordered a couple pairs of anodized purple pedals. The price is great for whet I was looking for, quality Ali great. The customer service is top notch, they are quick to respond to emails and assist.

Received a broken item and immediately notified customer service. No one had contacted me but then I was contacted and I believe they will make good on the product. I buy a lot of Rock Bros items and they are a best value company.

I used a rockbros mini pump for 2 years and it stopped working one day, showing an E1 error code. Reached out to service and they responded quickly with some additional things to try but didn't work. They sent me a new pump that arrived a few days later.

Purchased a light ((RHL600). Got caught in torrential downpour for close to an hour. Didnt realize until home that the light stopped working. There was moisture visible inside the lens. RB sent me a new one promptly. Not sure if light is supposed to be waterproof; I generally dont intentionally ride in rain. So, maybe 2-3 stars for the light, 5-stars for the service.

I bought the full face detachable helmet for my 8 year old to ride on an e-scooter. The fit is great, super customizable, and he loves the color choice. I'm really happy to see him have face coverage in addition to protection for his melon. Very happy with the product.

I ordered 4 locks from Rockbros. The package was preparaed for shipment on 6/25/2026. The package arrived in my City on 7/3/2026. In between 7/3/2026 and 7/10/2026 (no movement). Reached out to Rockbros and USPS regarding the package. On 7/10/2026, the package was located and pick up by my employer's mail room. Upon delivery to my office on 7/10/2026 and picked up by me on 7/11/2026; the package was marked by USPS as not being sealed upon arrival and no items inside. My employer's mailroom placed a damage sticker on package. I received the envelope on 7/11/2026, to find no items inside. The package only weighed 7 to 9 ounces. There is no way the locks I ordered could have ever been inside if the package at max only weighed 9 ounces. As this order was over $200, I am very disappointed.

I ordered a bike rear view mirror on June 16th and now it is July 1st and it has not been delivered. It was delivered to Illinois somewhere on june 27th and from there to the next place. It is now July 12th and I finally got my replacement order. The first package USPS lost the package. Thank you for resending! I am very happy with the mirror. It is well made and very sturdy. Will order from them in future.

I have ordered multiple accessories from Rockbros over the years, sunglasses, saddlebags, bike lights etc. My last order was windbreaker jackets and expandable saddle bag. Finally i can wear long sleeve and take it off mid ride and store it in my saddle bag thanks to the expandable bag with a dial. Simply great!

I ordered the panniers. Nice vibrant blue color. I love it! I had some issues with the first bag, but rockbros sent me a replacement quickly. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a Bicycle bag for my rear rack and there was an issue which was promptly attended to and resolved.

The quality of the product. Their customer service is outstanding. I bought a pair of their half finger bicycling gloves ,my fingers didn’t go numb like they do with the other gloves I have.

The quality of the products is very good, I love the sunglasses for running and cycling, they have a lot of colours and cool designs!
