This company has very poor customer service.
I placed an order for some helicopter parts. I had to pay 21,- euro tax for the package to be delivered.
When i opened the package it turned out to be someone else his order because non of the parts inside was what i ordered.
I contacted Roban and they send me another package with the correct parts but i had to pay 21,- euro tax for the second time to get the package delivered. Roban refused to refund the 21,- euro that i had to pay extra because of their mistake.
Very bad service.

The Roban Helicopter that i bought went to the factory before i got it apparently for a new motor. After it was sent to me it never ever worked ended up in the rubbish bin i was very disappointed with Ali express and Roban nobody offered a new one 1500 dollars down the drain so the EC-135 is no more. I think this firm could have done a lot better. We cannot send it back as it costs so much to send to China. A lot of people helped but would still not go must do better .

Order some decals for my cobra, on one represetation on website so i thought i was getting what was advertised but a different set of decals arrived, tried to ecplain but didn't get anywhere

Excellent products, ordering was very easy, delivery times from China acceptable given the problems of moving items around the world. Just wish there was more product installation information available.

All the parts I ordered were in good condition. It would have been helpful to include a recommendation for an adhesive for the replacement cockpit windows.

Awesome, special order made and sent within 10 days. the unexpected tariff fee at customs was a tad ridiculous..

Attention to detail, until the proper model number of the fuselage was determined the order was not created, communication was clear and fast. Delivery was fast but price was high for the type of item (small and not heavy), packing was very good.

Easy to search for item, if not ask and item will be found for you. Reasonably priced, prompt delivery.

i had an issue with a product and Roban took great care with my issue and replaced it the next day. great group of people and their customer service was way faster than amazon ever would of been. also my heli came with in two weeks like they said. Great job guys and thankyou
