I ordered a custom-built gaming PC from Quoted Tech. While the build and shipping took a bit longer than the original estimated time, the final product made it worth the wait. Miranda in customer support was fantastic — every time I called with questions she was patient, helpful, and kept me updated. That level of service really stood out. When the PC finally arrived it was in perfect condition, packed securely, and it works great right out of the box. Performance has been excellent for gaming. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend Quoted Tech, especially if you value good communication and a quality build. The only thing I would suggest for Quoted Tech is to update the "View your order page" where it shows the status of the build, For me, it just stayed at "Gathering Parts" all the way until i received the email that my order wash shipped. If this was updated, I would not have to have called and messaged them to get the status.

A year ago I had quoted tech build a custom PC. A year after it was built my CPU a Intel Core i9-14900KF processor got recalled unknowingly to me and quoted tech.

After a year my PC started to unexpectedly fail randomly. After I took it to a shop that was available to find the issue I contacted quoted tech I shipped my PC back and they fixed up my PC stress tested it and ship it back to me

100% would recommend. They will tale care of you. Make sure to keep your warranty information.

Awesome Canadian company!! Bought a prebuilt for $3900 although it took 3 weeks from ordering it to receive it they upgraded my motherboard for free because of the slight delay. Very happy customer and the computer is a beast. I have nothing bad to say, thank you Quoted Tech!!

Do not buy from them. I have been stuck paying for an order I never received. Despite providing many details to them about non receipt they still have not helped in getting a refund or compensation for my order. The company also claims they provide signature upon delivery on all orders, which they dont. Mine didn’t not and now im stuck with this issue.

Communication has been also lacking to put it lightly. If you can stay away from buying.

Recently ordered a desktop from them. Their communication was great, and shipping time was clearly communicated. After shipping one of the pieces of hardware in the desktop had a weird, difficult-to-reproduce crash error. Their support team was very communicative, quick, and worked through diagnostics and troubleshooting, replacing parts as needed, and have now left me with a desktop I'm really happy with.

When dropping off the PC, I got to chat with the tech who was working on my computer (as well as the owner briefly) who were both very apologetic for the issues I'd run into, but as I said to them, it's not their fault that the hardware had a glitch that didn't show up under anything other than very specific situations.

Would definitely buy from them again.

Custom built PC looks and runs great. No propriety hardware means perfect upgradability combined with the convenience of a pre-built. Good communication when asking customer support questions. No complaints!

The build was exactly as described and the PC works well. However, some LED cables ended up loose 2 days after arriving making the LEDs on a fan not working. I had to adjust the tightness on the back so the LED cables wouldn't unplug by themselves. One cable had been sticked using tape which I find unprofessional. Also, the automatic feedback on the website after ordering was close to non-existent so I had to write to customer support frequently to get some feedback, which I think was annoying for both me and the customer support person. Overall, I'm happy with my order, but some improvements regarding automatic feedback on the order page and some more delicacy while wiring the back of the build would have made it perfect.

Product runs great. I had a windows issue through no fault of Quoted Tech, and they walked me through a step-by-step of how to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. Great company that deserves more attention.

I spent quite a bit of time reviewing several companies before deciding where to build my gaming PC. I had a healthy budget and was looking for quality, transparency, and strong value. What made Quoted Tech stand out was that their pricing was on par with US-based companies, and being a Canadian company, they quickly made it onto my top list of computer builders.

I also happened to place my order right as the situation with RAM and GPU pricing started to impact the market. Despite that timing, I was genuinely impressed that Quoted Tech not only honoured the original quoted price but also delivered my system ahead of the expected timeline. That level of integrity and reliability goes a long way.

The only thing I would have liked to see is an express delivery option, although I did receive free shipping as part of my order, which was a nice bonus.

Since receiving my gaming rig, the experience has been excellent. Performance has been smooth and consistent, and I especially appreciated that the system came without any bloatware. That attention to detail reflects a company that respects its customers and the product they’re delivering.

I purchased the Frontier Extreme gaming computer from the company and have had my unit for almost four months now. I am so happy with my purchase, it is a wonderful computer and gaming has been smooth.

I originally ordered the computer at the end of November and received it within a couple of weeks. Unfotrunately the first unit had been damaged during shipping with UPS, but the return was smooth and I was sent a new unit within a week. The second time around Quoted Tech used Purolator and double boxed the unit with added shipping materials. I had not issues with setting up the new unit and it's been smooth sailing since.

The customer support was amazing and the staff very helpful.

I would highly recommend purchasing a computer from this company if you are in the market for one.

The customer service and the build quality of my desktop was outstanding. Miranda and the team has assisted me with all of my questions in all steps of the purchase from beginning to end. The computer was easy to set up, and the support I got as a customer has been commendable! I ordered a prebuilt they had advertised when I was in search of a new PC, I was too scared to order parts on my own. These guys were awesome. Built, tracking all included (being built, being stress tested), and it’s Canadian! I am obsessed. I can run my favourite games like BellWright, Hunt Showdown, and Cities Skylines with zero problems! I also love how carefully packed the PC came.

I ordered February 4th, and I received it after about 3-4 weeks. Definitely worth the wait.
I also love how personable everyone is at their customer service end. They just have fantastic communication.
I got the Horizon Launch Edition. So quiet, the LED lights have a button so you can change if it’s rainbow, one colour, etc. I swear it’s the PC’s wifi capabilities because my PC is on the opposite end of the apartment from my router and I don’t notice any ping spikes or rubber banding on FPS games anymore.
The cord management is beautiful, the case is amazing quality and you can just tell they actually care about their products.
