With a new build on a iMac Mini running Parallels with Windows 11 Pro VM had issues mounting the installation ISO image, resolved this but cannot run Setup, failed to find configuration file.

With a new computer I purchased Home & Student 2021 to have Word & Excel. I also wanted Publisher which was no longer part of the Office suite. I encountered conflict between 32bit and 64 bit programmes and referred this to Ke24. They worked with me finally conducting a TeamViewer access to my computer and installing an offered Office365 2016 suite which included Publisher. All wenr well.
I was very impressed with the courtesy and clear intention to see that the outcome was as good or better than I originally set out to achieve. I will (and have already) recommend them to anyone with microsoft software requirements.

Bought Word 2016. For some unknown reason the .iso file would not run. After contacting support ,Kate Walker, they generously offered full Office 2016 package at no charge. This installation went without a hitch. Cannot recommend this company highly enough, they go the extra mile and exceed expectations.

They did not advise that some of the downloads are 32 bit so if you have other microsoft apps that are 64 bit you cant install your purchase. Refused to refund me.
