Very prompt professional service delivered by friendly people

Efficient and friendly.

Came as arranged on time. There was an issue that occurred after they had been but they promptly resolved it very good to work with.

Running a private water supply is not cheap but I really appreciate the quality of service Springhill has given me over the last 10 years. Although we live over 90 miles from their base I have met many of their employees and everyone has been friendly and most importantly professional. They have provided excellent service when originally providing the filtration equipment then on subsequent annual services.

Efficient performance in awkward conditions.

My email was very specific with what we wanted and the history of our well. First appt was cancelled on the morning due to illness of the chap coming to see us so we had to rearrange and the actual visit they turned up without the tools to check the water down the well so we all stood there talking about it and nothing happening. That was now 2 days off of work and a waste of time. It’s been 2 weeks now and not heard a thing about returning other than emails asking to leave a review based on our experience, so here it is. A pointless exercise and waste of time.

I had no problem with the promptness and efficiency of your engineers. But I paid the bill promptly and didn't expect to be chased for payment several days later.

Excellent service, high quality and always prompt in responding to requests.

As ever with this company, if ever i have a problem , someone from the company is here within no time.

Springhill have maintained our water system for 21 years , Mathew and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and supportive. They have attended to breakdowns with speed even in the depths of winter . I am grateful we found them in 2005 .

Got it slightly wrong the first time, but came back on sorted it promptly (you lost a star for the first time :-))

The administrator was helpful and arranged for engineers to attend the same day ……both were knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed the problem and had us back up and running with water from our borehole.
