Ordered 3x3 sticky notepads but they were not 3x3. Contacted them just to be ignored a couple days. Complete trash and a waste of money.

The personalized customer care was refreshing. It was so nice to talk with someone who can speak English and can answer my questions. Just taking the time to promptly and personally respond to my questions means that I have no reason to take my business anywhere else.

Personalized paper manufacturing was very communicative with me and walked me through the process because I ordered it wrong and they were able to adjust and their prices are very reasonable. I’m going to redesign and do it again. But they did one heck of a job! And part of that process as a business owner myself, is their customer service is on point and excellent. They do very good quality work.

I ordered notepads for a promotional item. The backs were cut short and I have a row of damaged notepads. I have sent 2 emails and haven't heard anything back

The memo pads turned out great however; our company information was extremely difficult to read as it was too small. This was the first time working with your company and I relied upon your knowledgeable team to ensure the product would come out as expected. The proof that I approved was readable and I was expecting that same size to be on the memo pads - I was disappointed

Everything went easy from the website to the order to the Delivery. I got exactly what I expected.
