The sleeveless linen top surprised me the most. It feels light, sits nicely around the neckline and doesn’t look cheap even though I bought it on sale. I wore it twice in one week. Definitely a useful everyday piece.

Don’t try to return anything
I ordered shoes that ende up not being the size advertised and were of extremely poor quality. When I requested to return them, I was told that I would need to pay a 15% restocking fee and ship them back to China. Alternatively, the company offered me a refund of, no kidding, 10% of the purchase price. I will not be ordering from them again.

Inaccurate product, bad first impression customer experience
To be transparent, my issue may be resolved at some point, but beware: Received the Scarlett Raincoat and it was far below satisfactory. Not waterproof AT ALL, no clamps on the waist drawstring, and some other things that are not what was advertised in the pictures. So far customer service is telling me that my return/refund options are that either I pay shipping/handling for returning their faulty product to their warehouse in China (plus a "restock fee"), or (and I dare you not to laugh here...) they can give me 10% refund, which is $6.20 cents off of an $85 "raincoat".
I replied and said that is unacceptable, and that I would either return the product at no cost to me, or else I would like a complete refund for their faulty product.
I will happily take this review down if the matter is resolved correctly and justly, but so far I'm not confident.
