After spending nearly 3 hours over multiple phone calls discussing every eventuality of how my loan would work and how i wanted my loan to work i accepted the loan and had the funds clear into my bank.

Paid back a large chunk and called back to plenti to pause the direct debits (something that had been discussed at lenght as a way to pay the loan back quickly and keep incoming pays free to clear other debts) only to be be told no we dont allow u to pause direct debits.

fantastic. my whole plan has had to rejigged and now when i pay all this money back it will signifgantly affect my decision on whether plenti gets the next loan.

Be aware if u borrow funds u cannot pause your direct debits even if you are 6 months infront of your repayments.

my fault for not reading the contract too, ill cop that but never once in all the conversations of how this loan would be managed was i ever told hay hold up no we cant do that.

I had more than a few queries which I needed answers to.I found the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and answered them succinctly. The great part was I didn't have to wait long or press a whole series of numbers to talk to a real person

So far this has been the easiest experience I have had when it comes to lending.

Application process was fairly easy and received good interest rate on used car loan of 8.59%. Haven't had the loan long but portal seems easy enough to use.

The guy I dealt with Brandon, was super helpful and was great to deal with.
Applying for the loan was easy and didn’t take that long to get an answer.
