Im a raving fan!
I had recently lost a charger for my PlayerTek vest and was having a hard time finding a replacement online. I was really concerned because it was an older model, but the device was working perfectly and didn’t need a replacement just yet. When I contacted the company directly, they were so helpful! They asked me a few questions to make sure they could help me and asked I sent pics of the device to make sure they can find a replacement. Overall, the process was so simple and I feel that their customer service was an 11/10! I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be recommending them to all of my soccer community. I’m a raving fan!
