I ordered a pillow, via Veepee, a Belgian retailer. I had to wait more than a month, send 7-8 messages to make them aware of the delay. They finally accepted they had lost my order. But that was not all: I had to wait a few more days and send 2 more messages to determine the reimbursement. Even then, they agreed to reimburse me only the pillow, not the transportation fees. As if I was the carrier responsible for the lost parcel!!! The company is an absolute embarrassment! Totally to avoid!

Great product, price and delivery. The quality of these products are immediately apparent, the bed frame is sturdy and fairly modern in design. The mattress may initially seem quite light but is sturdy and more than adequate for use. Overall a great shopping experience assisted by good communication and fair prices.

Bait and switch scam. Their website gives you a price, but then when you add to cart it magically increases two fold. Ridiculous, I will never buy from them because of such low desperate tactics.

Did not deliver all goods ordered, but refuse to deliver what was ordered even after I provided proof that not all goods were delivered!!! Also delivered the bed and the other items late and the other items were not even delivered to my apartment. They made me walk to a pick up store!!!

Pikolin were very professional. They kept us informed of delivery times and were very prompt. The men delivering the mattresses were polite and navigated the stairs with care. They removed the old mattresses for us. The mattresses themselves are comfortable and I have noticed a difference in how much better my back and hips feel when getting up in the mornings.

I ordered a bed and it is a good product which was delivered within 2 weeks. The only downside is that the company gives too many orders to the delivery team for a day so they came to my place way after their normal working hours.

No contact, we can’t speak Spanish to contact your logistics department, El Corte Ingles do not seem to care either. We will think twice before ordering from them again

Those people with whom we dealt were extremely helpful to both my wife and me. I had the impression that nothing was too much for them.

Easy ordering on line. Phoned to tell us when the bed bases would arrive. Delivery people very polite and efficient, assembled beds and took the old bases away.

Terrible service from start to finish. After receiving the initial payment confirmation I had no further communication from pikolin about the whereabouts of my order and when it would be delivered. After several failed attempts at contact from myself I then persued PayPal for a full refund. After another week all I got from pikolin was an email to say my product had been refunded as they could not deliver. I will not order from this company ever again and will strongly recommend to others that they avoid aswell

The product I purchased wasn't what I was expecting and I have now been waiting over two weeks and several emails to receive the labels so I can return it.
