We recently had our bathroom remodeled by Desroy, and the results are absolutely stunning. From the initial tile layout to the final plumbing fixtures, the craftsmanship is impeccable. It’s rare to find someone with such an eye for detail—there isn't a single crooked tile or messy grout line in the entire room. They were professional, kept the workspace clean, and finished exactly when they said they would. If you want a stress-free renovation and a perfect finish, look no further. They arrived on time every day, communicated clearly, and the quality of work speaks for itself. It’s easily the best-looking room in our house now. The replacement boiler was fitted by professionals engineers who left no stone unturned to ensure the work was carried out to the highest standard. going over and above what i was expecting even ensuring whilst the work was carried out I was not left without hot water. Claire and the office kept us fully informed of what was happening and really speedy replies. Des was so knowledgeable and advised us on what was best, walking us through what we needed. The engineer Matt” who came to my property to install the boiler was amazing. He put dust sheets down to start, to protect my flooring and was very courteous. He did an absolutely amazing job installing the boiler and hiding the pipe work. My house is now super warm. He even did all the settings for me so I could just sit back and enjoy the heat. We are all reluctant who does work in our house,who we can trust nowadays. Well this experience was amazing from start to finish. So helpful. The work they did was brilliant they did not disappoint. They were so tidy after the work was done they made sure I was happy with what they had done and clearned up after themselves. They wore shoe covers and made sure they put done coverings over the carpets. Proud to recommend these guys. Definitely give them a call they will not disappoint.

The central heating had slowly deteriorated and had been seen by 3 companies without improvement.Des from pFlushpro defined the problem and methodically set about sorting it out. Second time using this company and another great experience. Wanted a quote for a new boiler and radiators. The engineer advised that the radiators didn't need replacing just flushing. I was happy with the quote and went ahead. The job was completed to an excellent standard. Would definitely recommend this company and will use again.

Helped install the new smart thermostats; during installation heating engineer discovered that the boiler was broken and was a tricky to get hold of part. Engineer was able to utilise connections to fast-track a repair 👍. A few days later also helped on the phone to smooth off the operations 👍.
