Great overall experience
Pre-sale support was great, both technically and with regards to shipping options. I absolutely love the fact that you provide 3D models for your parts so they can be imported into 3rd party tools such as Autocad and Solidworks.
It would be nice if you listed country of origin for the parts. This isn't even marked on the parts or packaging.
Overall a great experience.

First order went smoothly
First order went smoothly, second order was damaged and rejected so it was refunded third order no mention about anything I didn't get a tracking number the order is being processed for a week now, in total I've been waiting for this order a month now and it was urgent from the beginning. No customer care to let me know if something happened or not i have to call and figure it out myself, terrible experience with this company.
