In order for us to investigate what exactly happened, we kindly ask you to report the profile in question using the reporting function on the platform. https://petsitting24.ch/en/help-centre/how-do-i-report-a-user Or report the profile directly to us by contacting our customer support at info@petsitting24.ch. In any case, we need information about which user it is.
This will provide us with all the relevant information so that we can review the case internally and take action if necessary. As the pet sitting took place outside of the platform, we also need more detailed information to better understand what happened.

We very much regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and would of course like to provide you with the best possible support. Please report the case to us so that we can take action.
