Pass Functional Skills Reviews

Big shoutout to William! He helped me sort everything out from start to finish. Was really friendly, took his time explaining things, and made sure I was happy with everything before we finished. It's such a nice change to get that kind of helpful service. Thank you so much

Functional skills was able to help me pass maths, way better than secondary school ever could. I found the questions involved simple and the methods are examples of what problems the real world will have for me when I have to use maths.

A Big Thank You to William
William has helped me several times over the phone throughout my Functional Skills journey. He always went the extra mile to assist me, especially by making sure I didn't have to wait in long queues.
He is so friendly, genuine and understanding that even when you've had an unsuccessful exam and are feeling stressed, speaking to him makes you feel more relaxed and reassured.
Thank you, William, for your patience, kindness and continued support. You are truly appreciated!

So pleased with the service I have received from Jack at Pass Functional Skills. He answered my online query with a very personal touch. Called me, offered me a fantastic deal and set it all up with no trouble. The payment process was easy and secure and I received my login the same day. Direct line for contact to Jack for when we need to book the exams. Would highly recommend. Having had my other son already through the exams I also expect that side of things to go well too. The team always respond quickly and effectively.

Great service, good dude. Tom.

Harry explained everything so clearly and really put my at ease with the whole process and gave me confidence with the best way to complete the course

Harry was very friendly and helpful, and my request was solved efficiently. An overall positive experience.

Great interaction, very helpful and informative

Excellent educational solution and outstanding support!
My son is starting his course today, and my experience so far has been incredibly positive. I cannot thank James enough for his help during the enrolment process. He explained all the details about the course with immense patience and provided thorough, detailed answers to every single question I asked.
This course is a fantastic solution and pathway, especially for school leavers or anyone who has been unable to continue their education for other reasons. I highly recommend it!

Very trust worthy, when I had trouble during the exams they tried their best to fix the problem quick and precise.

I had a very positive experience with Pass Functional Skills. As a Further Education teacher, I needed to achieve a Level 2 English qualification to meet the requirements for my QTLS application, and Pass Functional Skills provided a straightforward and convenient way to achieve this.

I chose to take the exam directly without purchasing the course pack, as I already had the necessary knowledge and experience. The process was clear, well organised and suited my needs perfectly. I’m delighted to have passed my Level 2 English exam and achieved the qualification I needed.

I would recommend Pass Functional Skills to anyone looking for a flexible and accessible way to gain their Functional Skills qualification. Thank you to the team for providing a service that made the process simple and convenient!

William was great at talking with me and setting it up. Which made the whole process much easier as he was patient and understanding. He explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. I’m excited to start revision and my life now.

I spoke to a man on the phone called Harry, he was lovely he had all the answers to the questions I had and made it very easy for me to make the choice of joining to do my math. I really appreciate the help he provided.
Thank you.

We spoke to Tom today about advice for a GCSE resit. After explaining our situation he suggested taking the L2 functional skills instead, and it’s a bit cheaper. He was really friendly and helpful, and we now feel comfortable with the course. Thanks Tom!

Jacob - helped me to extend my maths course which I don’t know I could do- so grateful. Answered all my questions and now I have more time - thank you

I would like to thank James and Jack for their assistance, they have been very helpful, giving me all the necessary information and taking me step by step.

Functional skills level 2 is the course to take for those looking to improve GCSE grades to grade 4. My experience was positive+ dealing with customer services on behalf of my son. Elisha was very helpful in discussing courese content. Go for premium package which includes online exam and a retake if required. My son who is grade 3 on English and Maths can study at his own pace and take exams when he is ready. This is better than retaking the full GCSE again as course content reflects todays needs. Students need to be comfortable studying online with very comprehensive study content...Excellent co to deal with, with telephone support where needed.

I spoke with Chisom at Pass Functional Skills, as i had various questions regarding the course that I wanted to purchase for my Son (who is currently in home educational and has special needs). Chisom was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and helped point me in the right direction! Thank you :-)
