Ordered Monday, arrived on Wednesday to Germany. What a great service!
Amazing experience. Super fast. Incredible efficient and I couldn't find a better price in the market. The children party was a success. Thank you Party Partywinkel!
Ordered costumes. The process was a bit slow and the quality of the costumes not exactly what I expected. But fair enough price for a thing you just wear one night.

If i could go back in time and not order…
If i could go back in time and not order from this company, i 100% would. Very unhelpful customer service. Has been over a month now, 15+ emails to two different people and still no package, (still waiting for a reply in Whatsapp….what a joke) but also have not been refunded because I haven’t returned the package, which i, as just mentioned, haven’t received.
Hope this helps someone.

I ordered 11 helium bottles but only received 2. I paid 322!
I cannot come in contact with them and now it is VERY urgent for me. I do not know if I am forced to buy these other place or if the rest of my order will come in time.
They are not answering my emails or WhatsApp. I do not know if I will get my money back because nobody is answering!

Stay away from this online store!
TERRIBLE shopping experience. I spent around €80. Not only was I not guaranteed the 10% discount on my first purchase, but I was treated terribly by the customer service agent, Ms. Nikki, who rudely responded to my emails without providing any concrete help or support. My order was delivered to a third party without my consent, despite having paid €7,95 for delivery. I emailed Ms. Nikki for days, but she didn't even bother responding. I only found my package thanks to the kindness of the person who received it in error, who was kind enough to look for me and eventually found me!
Some of the items were even damaged. My experience was catastrophic, and I do not recommend this online store. A ZERO STAR rating for their customer service and for Ms. Nikki, who, in my opinion, should find a different job that better matches her qualities. Stay away from this store!

Thank you for your review. How annoying to hear this. This is obviously not the intention. We have been very busy due to Carnival. Should the parcel be delivered too late, you can return it free of charge or refuse it at the door. As compensation, we will credit the shipping costs for the next order. Sorry for the inconvenience! We are happy to hear and help you.
