The Best Swimwear Brand – Timeless Quality & Elegance
I've been a loyal Pain de Sucre customer for many years, and in my opinion, they make the most beautiful swimwear and beachwear in the world.
The quality is exceptional, the fabrics are luxurious, and the fit is simply perfect. Their designs are timeless and elegant, which is why I keep coming back year after year.
There is one dress in particular that I absolutely adore. I own several of your beautiful models, but this one remains the best item you have ever created. I sincerely hope you will bring it back in a range of new colours—I would buy it again immediately, and I'm sure many other loyal customers would too.

Lovely swimwear but deplorable customer…
Lovely swimwear but deplorable customer service experience .
First super long to organise shipment and delivery.
I paid 12 pounds for a fast 2-3 working days delivery service and it has been over a week that I am waiting to hear when my parcel will be dispatched and sent.
Wrote to their customer service team : no response.
And yet I have order for over 500 pounds of goods and I am a returning customer .
I will never use their service again.
Also beware that if you are in the Uk they will show you prices in pounds in their website but without accounting for the hidden taxes ! You will be asked thereafter to pay for your taxes and duties before you receive your parcel. Can’t blame them for Brexit but by now other EU e-commerce retailers have long understood how to be more transparent and upfront about the extra costs for duties and taxes. If you quote a price in pounds on your website then surely it should be inclusive of taxes and duties in ? Or quote the price in euros and add clearly in bold that for the UK the recipient will have to add up to 40% in taxes and duties on top . Won’t use them ever again

Very pleasant shopping experience in Biarritz boutique. Knowledgeable and friendly sales assistant who gives valuable advice but not invasive. Most definitely this is a great example of how shopping in a boutique should be!

Ordered from Norway. After 2 months I had to follow up because I hadn’t received it. It had been returned so it was sent again and the same thing happened. Again, I had to get in touch after 6 weeks to ask where the package was and I was told there was nothing more that could be done so I received a refund. 2 issues: 1. if there is a known return, the company should contact the customer rather than keeping the package and the payment. 2. With the delivery address correct both times, there appear to be problems with the delivery itself which isn’t satisfactory if it is marketed that items can be delivered to other countries.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced with your order. After checking, your parcel was indeed shipped twice to the correct address in Norway but was returned to us on both occasions by the carrier, for reasons beyond our control.
Please rest assured that as soon as the second return was confirmed, a full refund was processed.
We understand how disappointing this situation must have been and agree that such delivery issues are not up to the standard we aim to offer.
We continuously work with our international carriers to improve delivery reliability abroad and to ensure better tracking and communication with our customers.

Poor customer service
This is my third order from this company. While I'm happy with the products, I'm not happy with customer service post purchase . Within 20 minutes of my order I emailed customer to ask to add another item to my order, a day later I received a response that changed to my order aren't possible. Not customer focused. The issue with this is that I am charged $99 for shipping because I'm in Canada, so a new order means I would be charged shipping twice when they could have added the item to the first order considering I asked for this change very promptly after the order was made. Also, I was charged duties and tariffs on this order but was never charged for the previous 2 orders. So this will be the last purchase.

After checking our correspondence, we confirm that you contacted us to add an additional item shortly after placing your order. Unfortunately, the parcel had already been prepared and shipped when your message reached us.
Our logistics team processes orders very quickly in order to respect our delivery commitments, and once a shipment has left our warehouse, it is no longer possible to modify its content. Of course, had it been possible to add your item, we would have done so with pleasure.
We also wish to clarify that the shipping fees you paid were €14, and not $99 as mentioned in your review.
Regarding customs duties and import taxes, these are applied directly by local authorities depending on the country of delivery. We have no control over these charges, which may vary from one order to another depending on customs regulations and inspections. This information is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
We sincerely regret that this situation caused you disappointment.
