I had an unfortunate experience with delivery but it has now been resolved amicably. The best way to contact the company is via the email received to confirm the order or sending a whatsapp message using the number published on the website. Clicking the refund button on the site goes to their Instagram site and you have the option for sending message or calling but that did not work for me. I got a relatively prompt reply after using Whatsapp and I had an amicable chat with a person on the other side. Good customer relations.

I ordered one king-size box of Kesar mangoes and one king-size box of Alphonso mangoes, but the quantity and weight were not as described at the time of sale. Additionally, the quality of the mangoes was poor, as many were blackened and mostly overripe. When I requested a refund, I was informed that it would take three days to process, which does not make sense given that the issue was caused by your side. The product delivered did not match the promised quantity, weight, or quality, and the service provided was clearly unsatisfactory. Update: after 4 days of waiting got £4 in refund after paying £47.99.
I would not recommend such site to anyone and really disappointing
