I first used PostScanMail in 2021 and had a great experience: the online setup was smooth, the e-notary tool was a standout (done in 10-15 minutes), and support was consistently outstanding — Irine in particular sorted out my mail forwarding concerns quickly over email.
I closed my account after about a year, and recently decided to reactivate. Happy to say nothing has slipped. Alyssa made the reactivation painless, and all my details were still available online, so there was no re-doing paperwork or hunting down old records. That kind of continuity is rare and it made coming back genuinely easy.
Five years on, the same things hold true: responsive support, a clean online experience, and a service that just works. Easy recommendation.

Inexpensive. Simple web interface. Registered agent service could be better. Nuisance fees like mail storage minimum and shredding minimum should be part of yearly fee. Other than that a good value.

We did want to mention that each envelope and package uploaded to your account does include a free storage period before any storage fees apply, so it's worth keeping that in mind when managing your mail.

I cant conveniently go in and get my mail anymore. I used to go at night when off of work and in town. I drive trucks. Having to schedule a pick up is hard. I would prefer to be able to get my mail around my schedule

We do want to make sure you're aware of a couple of alternatives that may work better for you. We can have your mail shipped directly to wherever you are, so you don't have to come in at all. We can also authorize someone you trust to pick up your mail on your behalf, which could make things much more convenient around your schedule.
