Got someone else’s card and no customer service
My boyfriend sent me a birthday card with popcarte from France to the UK. When it arrived (envelope clearly addressed to the UK, to my name), inside was a postcard intended for a random French family. My birthday card which I was really looking forward to receiving, as I haven’t seen my boyfriend in months, is lost and this was a very big disappointment for both of us. My boyfriend has sent emails and called and had no reply from popcarte. Overall a terrible service, do not recommend. Clearly these cards are not packaged with any care at all as it would take one second to see that a french postcard for a ‘Thierry and Véronique’ should not be going to a ‘Bethany’ in the UK.

This was an exceptional incident and not representative of our usual quality standards.
Please note that we were first contacted yesterday evening, after our customer service had closed (after 8 PM). We replied to your boyfriend first thing this morning, before 8 AM, to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Your correct card will be printed today and shipped on Monday.
In addition, we have issued a full credit for your order as a gesture of goodwill, valid for any future purchase on our website.
We sincerely apologize again for the inconvenience and hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.

To Avoid
Wow, these guys provide a useless service where they post your letters but cannot put a return address and have horrible customer service. I wish I had used Vista Print and am embarrassed to have used their service.

Bad Experience
Spent hours creating a card for my wedding I wanted to print later.
I didn't receive any communication saying to save or print my card before they decide to delete it.
Now, I've wasted my time and the card I've created with a lot of patience, and I also spent time talking to someone that didn't provide any resolution. BTW - the app is terrible, Canvas is WAY better.
I DONT RECOMMEND.
