101 absolute disgrace thus country has got... Absolutely useless waste of time... Weather its serious or not... U shouldn't have 2 wait 2hrs...2 report a serious crime... I blame tbe police and the government... Absolutely disgrace this is 4 my country... Shame on u both... If it was a much worse crime... I bet u would do something then...

Cant get through, been waiting over half an hour.a complete waste of time.

Northumbria police are just another incompetent public authority that cannot answer the phone, they direct you to live chat but no agent available. Officers arrogant and unhelpful, don't understand civil law.

They abuse nearly everyone as specially the disabled and vunerable .
They are a criminal gang that abuse all laws

They don't deserve any stars there low life people who don't care about nobody they say see it and we will sort it yet they allowed a dirty old man to verbally sexual abuse males for 12 yrs with a child involved under 10 yrs old. They allowed an eight year old to be sexually abused. No arrest was ever made. They go for innocent people and leave dirty old men to abuse children

The police report a crime website is a WASTE OF TIME six attempts of giving information.. no wait, it’s too late the criminals have absconded into oblivion…

The police reporting telephone (non-emergency) is no better…

SUPPORTER OF THE THIN BLUE LINE

I engaged a painter to carry out painting work at my home while I travelled away for treatment for my stage 4 cancer, which has spread to three areas, and for treatment relating to Multiple Sclerosis. During my absence, the painter moved into my property with his partner without my permission and has remained in occupation, preventing me from returning to my own home. There has never been any tenancy agreement, licence to occupy, or arrangement for the payment of rent.

Avon & Somerset Police asked me to provide evidence that the property was my home and that I was the lawful owner. I supplied the requested evidence, including documentation confirming my ownership and occupation and pictures of my kitchen unit which was full of my personal possessions, and waste area overflowing with black bin bags. However, it appears that this evidence was not properly considered, as I received only a brief response stating that the matter was “civil” without any meaningful engagement with the information I had provided.

I also provided information and photographs raising concerns about suspected drug dealing at my property. The windows are now kept permanently sealed, during periods of extreme heat, with the occupants inside, with regular visits by a known drug dealer, and I believe these concerns warranted proper investigation rather than being dismissed without enquiry.

In addition, I was informed by staff at the local Co-op that the occupants were regularly stealing from the store. I passed this information to the police as part of the wider context of my concerns.

Since March, the occupants have been using my home and my possessions without my consent. They have been sleeping in my bed, consuming my food, and helping themselves to my personal belongings, while I have been left with nowhere safe to live. As a result, I have effectively been displaced from my own home during treatment for serious medical conditions, yet my reports have repeatedly been characterised as a purely civil matter without any apparent consideration of the available evidence or the wider allegations of criminality.

Shocking were encouraged to ring 101 for a non emergency which is quite right.
The 101 system is useless.
I've used it twice first one 3 months ago.
A possible fatal crash i witnessed.
No response back even with a log number.
Now there's a car outside me and my neighbours house been here over 2 weeks.
Im not complaining just concerned if it's stolen.
I don't care anymore I won't be ringing them again.
Ambulance, Fire brigade 5 stars.
Police zero stars.
All the Police want to do is arrest vulnerable people who cause no threat.
They love the easy targets.
They are completely not trained for confrontation.

It's like me as an heating engineer for British gas for 34 yrs.

Worst policeman working there ever. I am not person which should go there without a reason but i was believing in smthg what not exist. They are hate ... rs, brainl...es, ras...t. i
sti could not believing what they did for me. I was defending myself from 2 meteres guy which kick me on the chest and i fall when call police they told me wait hours !!!!!. Whole i was defending myself ( iam small 1.7 m ) i take hammer and smash his window only. When they arrived never asked me for the reason. When ask for wste4 tgay told me is on toilet. When make no 2 in toilet thay cut watter off and put towel in a gap beetween door and floor. When release Ive aked where to go. As had no phone / nothing. They dont help. So i without any choice star shouting to get help with no answer. So srar throwing rock to show my aytendace( i was completely lost/ iwas dont kn9w where i am) finally tjey offer me help bit when i come coliset thay put me on the ground pit handcuffs and put for another 24h. Without even water. When nake vomplain on official sote they rejected without the reason. Uk police is c9rrupted!!!!

Just read a number of reviews & I could easily repeat the same words for Steve James forest of Dean of the Gloucestershire police.

Failed to provide a vital and important element of my complaint which could have provided evidence supporting his view.

New who the real cause of the complaint was and withheld the name of this person because of vested interest.

Made a false claim without evidence, while actually by his admitted attitude, behaviour & action supported enabling “antisocial behaviour” endorsed "domestic abuse” & encouraged the abuse of power & position.

It was like a person marking his own homework!

Caterham police. Well I can’t believe in 2026 are still getting racial profile as a black driver in a car as I was driving along I’ve got followed by the police. They followed me for about 2 miles while I was watching in my rearview mirror taking down my details and running their checks they followed me from one road to another stopped at the lights with me. got past de Stafford school and then decided to put their blue lights on so I stepped out of the car and I confronted them at their Vehicle. saying that I was speeding and driving recklessly I don’t know how that while you following behind me for the last 2 miles. Pc de Sousa 41584 and pc wright 41040 obviously made feel ashamed for there actions asked if I was detained, they said nothing so I jumped back in my car and drove off and parked in Manor Park car park waiting for them to pull up on me again they decided to drive off but unknown as I drove to Brighton to go and see Fatboy Slim they’ve circulated my license plate I’ve got pulled over by Brighton police breathalysed and drugged tested which I passed by the way because they said that I made off setting up false allegations. I hope they got their body cam all turned on and showed us the full incident then leading up to putting their blue lights on. I will be taking it further. I will be seeking legal action to as racial discrimination and profiling.

This is just the latest in a long list of times I have rung for help or advice to our esteemed Police force, in most cases I have been abused, condicended, or treat with comedic indifference. Today I got abuse, today I was savaged by one inhuman voice at the other end of the phone representing an even larger and even more inhuman machine. I have given them a chance, I have tried to go about things the right way, but from now on I have officially broken for the final time with so called society.
I'm guessing what they say is true they are just our oppressors hear to hold us down while international finance strip's us of all we posess, and worse much much worse as we have heard.
If The always esteemed North Yorkshire force is now so bad what hope has the rest of us.
We're on our own.

Thames valley Police are quick enough and well staffed enough to turn up to things the government want them to turn up to but the police didnt even want to see my door bell camera evidence that would prove me innocent of a crime i have been accused of hence the situation is ongoing. No wonder people cant trust the police any more just government costumes now!

A Wiltshire Police officer has been given a suspended jail sentence after he assaulted a 13-year-old boy in Chippenham whilst on duty.

PC Daniel Rusling, a response officer, admitted one count of assault by beating during a court appearance last month.
(30/06), he was sentenced to an eight week custodial sentence suspended for 12 months and unpaid work at Bristol Magistrates' Court.

The incident took place outside Monkton Park police station in the early hours of October 14 last year when the victim, who was among a group of six children, had called 999 asking for help after reporting being threatened by people in a car.

Body Worn Video captured Rusling repeatedly swearing at the child, who was wearing his school uniform, and pushing him aggressively several times.

Dunno why we pay council tax. Tried to complain about neighbours still partying with loud music on a sunday night where people have work or school the next day. Police would attend 10years back but now they are utterly useless cos its not a crime so they cant help. What a waste of tax payers money.

I have never in my life come across a person or people who habitually lie on such an enormous scale. They should be held to an infinitely higher standard than the general public but it seems they all have some form of diplomatic immunity and are given such privileges not only by higher ups but also by the judiciary. They are quickly reaching or I would argue have already reached the point of no return and have eroded the public's trust to such an extent. They fabricate to the extreme and back each other up no matter how massively wrong they are. They cannot even accurately record information, the easiest and perhaps most important part of their job! I despise criminality but will always have a niggling doubt at the back of my mind whenever these people are involved. Corrupt and deceitful bullies with a chip on their shoulder from their school days. This is an issue that has perniciously seeped in over the past 20 years. It is incompatible with society when the police are held to a lower standard than the general public. The bar of police accountability is already on the floor and they still continuously fail! They have reached the point of no return and we should all be extremely worried. The police force consistently recruits a certain calibre of person, and it is not the virtuous one.

I cant get through speeding in the village were there are dog walkers and elderly your passed on to 101 to report if there is danger I waited and waited and waited on the phone then I just gave up.

Scary times we all live in

Police 101 is an absurd organisation that supports and defends malicious allegations against innocent persons.

Requested a Sarah’s law on my brother in law from West Yorkshire police.
Received a reply stating ‘ no information to disclose’.
Two months later I learnt via a different source(Cafcass) that the man I requested a Sarah’s law on was in fact a High risk child sex offender whom had been convicted and put on the register in 2020 with one of his restrictions preventing him from having contact with female minors.

I don’t know whether it can be classed as workplace incompetence or pedo enabling, either way West Yorkshire police failed to inform me of the danger surrounding my daughter and her friends.
Even when asked, they refused to share the information through Sarah’s law.

When I raised a complaint their excuse was that ‘they assumed I already knew he was on the register’.

Despite me sending the Sarah’s law request asking for information, West Yorkshire police ‘assumed’ I already knew and as a result failed to share the truth with me.

I feel they are an Institutionally sexist and corrupt police force.
