That is not even enough to have a bad experience, they even had the cheeks to report my previous review and lecturing me what expectations I should have.
You are upset after a bad review. All that effort you used to get rid of the bad review you should make some effort to pick up the phone when it is ring, reply to emails or messages.
Have you get back to me about the aircon re-gassing, of course not.
You just need to get off from the high horse and look after your customers. Even if we would not come to an agreement at least you should communicate with customers not just ignoring them. Just because I bought a used car not a new Rolls-Royce I still should get good customer service.

The Aftersales Department deny their responsibilities.
The Sales team were good.
Vehicle delivered within the time frame, with a new MOT.
Within 24 hours I reported the pre-filter inlet pipe was missing ( 2 parts), leaving the inlet pointing upwards to collect whatever fell off the bonnet underside.
The ABS light was on
The Aftersales: well, it's very hard to 'phone them and the stopped responding to emails.
They told me to contact their warrantee company. I informed them that my contract was with Podium. They must know that.
I spoke to citizens advice ( messages passed to Trading standards) I have not heard back yet.
They did not send off the V5 leaving me to apply for it.

However, we do need to address several points in your review, as we believe the account given does not provide the full context of what occurred.
When you reported the issues with the vehicle, you were provided with details of the nationwide warranty cover supplied with the vehicle, specifically so that any covered mechanical or electrical faults could be assessed and dealt with through the appropriate warranty process. This is standard procedure and was provided to you to ensure that you had access to repair facilities nationwide, rather than requiring you to return the vehicle to us.
You state that we were unwilling to carry out our obligations. That is not an accurate reflection of the assistance offered. We did not refuse to assist you; rather, you were directed to the warranty provider so that the reported faults could be assessed and, where covered, repaired through the warranty network. The fact that you were asked to contact the warranty company does not mean that we were disregarding your concerns or attempting to avoid our responsibilities.
We are also concerned by the statement that our Aftersales Department has acted "outside the law". Such a serious allegation should not be made without evidence, particularly where a process was put in place for you to obtain assistance with the issues you reported.
With regard to the V5C, this is a separate administrative matter and does not alter the fact that you were provided with the appropriate documentation and a route to obtain the vehicle's registration document.
We are always willing to deal with genuine customer concerns and, where appropriate, put matters right. However, we also believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the steps taken by both parties. In this instance, we do not accept the suggestion that we simply refused to fulfil our obligations or deliberately left you without assistance.
We remain happy to review any outstanding matter with you directly and, if there is an issue that has not been resolved through the warranty process, we would encourage you to contact our Aftersales Team so that we can establish the current position and assist where appropriate.
We respectfully ask that any further public comments reflect the full circumstances and the assistance that was made available to you.

I purchased a black Peugeot 308 from Podium PCL in May 2026 — a car which has since been returned and relisted for sale on their website. The car was advertised with a full service and fresh MOT. Within 27 days of delivery I reported multiple serious faults in writing — a noise when turning, significant water ingress into the driver's footwell, and electrical concerns. Their response was a single email pointing me to the warranty company. I heard nothing further from them.
An independent garage subsequently found a bent inner wheel with chunks missing, suspension components making contact that should never happen, a substantial oil leak smothering the engine, and evidence of a prior repair described as being to a sub-par standard. All of this on a car sold with a fresh MOT and zero advisories — which raises serious questions about the independence and thoroughness of that inspection.
Podium PCL never completed the V5C transfer with DVLA — confirmed by DVLA themselves. I had to pay them directly just to tax the car.
After two months pursuing this through my finance provider, the vehicle was rejected and returned under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Podium PCL didn't respond to collection arrangements — my finance broker had to arrange it themselves.
Following collection, Podium PCL submitted damage claims for the bumper and alloys — both dismissed for lack of evidence. They also submitted an inflated mileage figure using a pre-sale MOT reading rather than actual delivery mileage, resulting in an incorrect deduction that had to be corrected.
If you are considering buying here — get an independent inspection before committing. Check the full MOT history on gov.uk. Make sure your paperwork is completed properly. And if you're told the car has a full service and fresh MOT, verify it independently."

You purchased a second-hand vehicle with considerable mileage. It is completely unrealistic to expect a used, high-mileage vehicle to be a “perfect car”, and we make no such representation.
What is particularly disappointing is that, despite the fact that we agreed to take the vehicle back, you have still chosen to leave this review. In our view, that says considerably more about your conduct and integrity than it does about our business.
We have always been transparent with our customers and are more than happy for prospective buyers to arrange independent inspections of any vehicle we advertise. We have nothing to hide.
We also strongly dispute a number of the statements made in this review and will not accept inaccurate or misleading allegations being presented as fact. The vehicle was returned, yet you have chosen to publish an account that portrays the situation entirely from your own perspective while omitting the fact that we ultimately accepted the return.
We stand by our business, our transparency and the way we deal with our customers. Anyone considering purchasing from us is welcome to inspect our vehicles independently and satisfy themselves as to their condition before purchase.

Had a really good experience buying our car here. Key was really friendly and helpful from start to finish. He took us out for a test drive, helped us through the payment process and also made the delivery side of things really straightforward.
The whole place had a really friendly and welcoming environment, and another member of staff was also really helpful while we were there. Key was a genuinely nice guy and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

Very unhappy customer. My car was delivered to me with the spare wheel on . When questioned about this ,was asked go inside for money. Still no explanation as to why the spare wheel was on the car . Took car out and couldn't tax it so had to fill in a form at post office . Took car to have wheel changed ,originally wheel had a unrepairable puncture . Cost for new tyre £59 . Took car to garage as wheel alignment was out and steering wheel shaking when you hit 50mph . Both track ends worn ,track arm corroded ,full new kit needed and replaced just 5 weeks after buying this from you £714 . Contacted you and was told to contact aftersales team which I have . No reply . Still no log book 6 weeks later !! AVOID this company, wish I had
