I purchased LED replacement strip lights for my failing fluorescent fittings. They were delivered within three days, and were easy to replace with the original wiring thanks to adaptors in the kit.

20 lamps ordered, only 2 delivered!
I ordered 2 packs of 10 lamps, 20 in total and paid £73. I received only 2 lamps. Only after receiving the 2 lamps did I realise that this company does not publish a phone number and their online support chat which supposedly operates 9-5 clearly has not been manned at all for the past 3 hours. I also messaged on their contact form and so far have no reply. I must say I thought Sylvania was a reputable company and they they would have good support systems. I am actually appalled by how they have performed with this order. Wondering now if I will ever get the 18 missing lamps or my money back!!

Sent the wrong item. No response since.
This company sent the completely wrong item - 4 bayonet light bulbs instead of 10 dimmable GU10 downlights bulbs! No response to my email that asks them to send the correct item. I understand that mistakes do happen, but companies should be judged by how they put things right. This company is sadly lacking in that regard.

The weird part is that there is no product with part number 0029132 available on the seller's web site, so I cannot say how much extra I paid...

Thank you for your review and for flagging this so clearly. The lamp you ordered (0029141) has been discontinued and, when our team tried to send a substitute, we made a mistake and supplied 0029132 instead, which has a lower light output than you originally selected.
To put this right, we are sending you 12 × 0030734 (575 lm), the newer version of the product you wanted, and you are welcome to keep the 12 × 0029132 you already received at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill.
