I had issues getting the mods to run properly on the server. They promptly responded to my ticket and solved all of my issues. This has been a recurring trend with their support staff through every server we have asked them to host. I strongly recommend them over any other hosting service.

Booted up a server for me and some family to play on but once the mods were added it simply crashed. Did the typical troubleshooting things but that still didn't fix it. Contacted customer support and they had it up and running in under an hour.

He also gave great detail and extra information on what was causing issues and why things happened that I really liked. What made my experience great is the knowledge the team has for solving issues and saying hey this went wrong and sould avoid this if you can so it doesn't happen again. Also the timely manner you guys answer questions and work on said issues are really good and definitely get a 10/10 out of me

The servers work really well for competive prices. The best price to quality ratio out there. The staff are also very nice, they are quick to help you out on your server and respond very quickly.

I was a little frustrated at first since my Server did not set up correctly. Once I made a ticket I had a response within a minute and the issue was fixed within 20 minutes. I had a couple other small issues, but every time I sit in a trouble ticket it was handled fast and friendly. Excellent customer service!

Quick and good customer service

Any time I need a server, I go to these guys. Their customer service is quick and top notch. Any time I have needed support (which has been a handful of times by now) they have always responded within the hour which is insane to me. Their prices are hard to beat as well. I am very satisfied with my history with them.

I love all the staff at Suvival Servers. They're on point every time I have a question.

First off i tried getting a server for grounded 2 but the servers were down due to grounded 2 latest update, the least they could do was put a warning somewhere bc they were aware of this issue instead of letting me purchase it without a warning. Then while im trying to get support it takes hours for someone to reply to me just for me to run into another issue, this is my first time getting a server from this company and I haven't even been able to use it.

Rented a Palworld 1.0 server and so far everything is running fantastic! Was having an issue with the server not being able to start properly at first but after sending in a support ticket they immediately responded back and also moved my server to another server box. The control panel is simple and clean to navigate through and having a built in FTP allowed editing the server even that much easier. Their customer service is great with quick responses and easy to talk to about game server related problems and solutions. Would highly recommend using their services for any game server needs.
