SCAM COMPANY FROM CHINA! Never got an order. They gave a tracking number that does not match any records with UPS, FedEx or USPS. Told us to ask family members and neighbors. We have cameras and no package was ever delivered on that date. The house is at the very end of a cul-de-sac with view of entire street from the cameras. They are responsible for the package and should file a claim with the carrier they contracted with. We want a full refund for the item we never received. No phone number to call, they only use email. VERY suspicious!

I have not received the item. I was touring Africa for a month, and my neighbor was kind enough to pick up my mail for me. She did not receive any packages for me while I was gone from June 30 to July 31. I'm sure there's just been a mix up somewhere and no fault of yours as you were kind enough to email me updates on the progress of my delivery. It said it was delivered; however, I do not have the filter.

The delivery process was slow, but the delivery status notices were good.

The shipping is perfect and although I only used the product twice since I got them I felt something already the smells after tooth brushing that my mouth feels fresh and smells good. I have to wait later and see if this will actually whiten my teeth and make my teeth strong since I been suffering from gingivitis for many years. Will see what happens

I received everything I ordered, and although I’ve only been able to figure out about 3 of the 24 total, I’m still enjoying the challenge. With a bit more determination I hope to chip away at being able to solve all of the puzzles.

I never received my order. They could prove it was delivered.

From the time of ordering to the time of delivery was way too long! Need to speed up delivery times.

Love the product . Took a little while to get here. But easy besides that.

The product was a great price BUT drain stoppers did not fix any of our sinks. Can I return them for a full refund?

Well...I do like the glasses. But a couple of observations have me not giving a full 5 stars. The vision is better for certain things than others. I find the close seeing clear, but the distance can be fuzzy or overall a bit wonky. The glasses also catch my hair at times and snag it. Otherwise, I'm happy.

While the item appears to be solid and well designed, it is difficult to attach to an Australian standard push in as the male part on the gun is slightly bigger than the female locking hose attachment. Hence when pressure builds the hose disconnects. May require slightly bigger hose attachment here in Australia.

I love how you kept me updated every step of the way....you even told me when it would be delivered and it was. Plus......I LOVE the hat!!!! I know my neighbors will be all over this when I first wear it to the pool. Thank you for a great experience.

My order arrived in a timely manner, was not damaged & will now be entertaining for my grandchildren.

I plugged the device into the lighter receptacle while the engine was running, Within a few miles, I felt a deference in horse power. Maybe is was all in my head, but I felt a change.
It took awhile for the device to be received, but considering the distance, it was pretty fast.

it does get the hair out but it isn't as good as shown. I spent over 1/2 hour coming my dog and still need to do more
