The sun.store makes your life easier
The sun.store team makes the experience of buying solar equipment much smoother. The platform not only helps you to find dealers all around Europe with the best price and availability, but follows up the complete process from invoicing and safe payments with Stripe to shipping tracking, customs clearance and final delivery. Once we had a problem with paying too much to a supplier, and the money was returned in 2 days with Stripe. Another time, a dealer sent us an order without tracking number and got unresponsive afterwards. The sun.store team intervened immediately and chased the dealer to gives us frequent updates. We recommend the platform strongly.

Easy to order
Easy to order, easy to get it delivered and when a step in the process fails the helpdesk works fine.
In my case it was 'the last mile' that fails. A transporter delayed the delivery for 4 weeks because we live in the backyard of Crete. One phonecall and it was delivered as planned.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience purchasing a solar energy system from sun.store S.A. with delivery to Ukraine. The payment process on our side was quite challenging, as our bank repeatedly requested additional documents and information, which significantly delayed the transaction.
Throughout this entire process, Sebastian was extremely supportive, responsive, and attentive. He stayed in constant contact, patiently assisting with every request and helping to move things forward despite the difficulties.

Totally unreliable
Totally unreliable. I have registered on sun.store and got approved as a seller on 17 Nov 2025. I listed my products on their store and sent them 7 reminders to upload the product details but nothing has been done yet. As for their offered sellers most of the offers are misleading and the sellers are unreponsive
