Streamyard offers the best Streaming platform to YouTube, Facebook and other sites than any other platforms. Very convenient and stable and always bring new updates and features. I recently encountered a challenge Scheduling my Livestreams, I contacted them and reported the issue and they resolved it urgently and did made several follow ups via email to makesure the issue was resolved something which many service providers lack.

It almost made me face reveal and I didint liked that

Everything that's man made will have issues, the question is can those issues be resolved are people willing to resolve them? well I can truly say I am very well pleased with StreamYard on how quickly they handled and resolved my issues. I have tried other streaming platforms since being with StreamYard, I love all the upgrades and it seems like StreamYard wants it's users to present the best livestream. Thanks guys!!

Great experience

I pay a lot of money for your services. I have complained bitterly about the compromises. During my live broadcast banners and or pictures are removed during the time of my live video. I’ve complained. I got a meager response.
Weeks ago I submitted to you screenshot from the Safari Browser showing that if I access your site, it was compromised. I screenshot it and sent it to you to investigate. Nobody gave me the courtesy to write back. And the compromising continued. Prior to my video I put in my notes and my pictures and videos. Maybe five minutes 10 minutes later I go into my studio to get ready for my presentation. I count the amount of pictures that I put in. I find 10 pictures that were submitted. Five have been removed. On live broadcast I even said to the audience as I went to go get the pictures to present. The pictures vanished right in front of me. I have professionals to look at this and they said that someone has your account. Either working inside Streanyard to assist bad actors to compromise your programs. I used to get this meager and generic response from you. I changed browsers so many times. But never answer the main to my questions. Missing documents missing pictures during life presentation right before my eyes. I go to Safari browser to access my account. I get a marquee that tells me that this site is unsecured don’t access it. It was a dummy site that mimic your app. I immediately submitted to you two weeks ago. I never got any response back. This is not the only situation. The Nexus with Facebook and YouTube. We’ve learned that there was a mole inside YouTube that created a false box that my account was put in. So it could be compromised. I won’t go into deeper details. But it was uncovered. Someone inside YouTube was assisting bad actors in doing this. After my steamyard presentation. My subscribers which are 1400 or so. Many subscribers got a hold of me through what’s up and through messenger they could not find many of my presentations. After this professional reviewed, he found a nexus of compromising stretching from stream yard to YouTube to Facebook. He surmised that bad actor was using the spy system known as Pegasus. Since I live in Morocco. We know many African countries deploy this system, especially against American Muslims living in African states. Is designed to ferret out criminal element and terrorist. But is being misused to target black American Muslims when they decide to make migration to African states. The attempt a complete compromise of all media and apps through this system. Another example what I’m talking about.
So at this time, I figured I cannot pay this kind of money to you. I have my account compromised. And no response from you accepting me generic response. When I submitted to prove to you that they created a dummy stream yard site. Safari browser picked it up immediately. Told me not to access it. So essentially, I could not get into my account because it was compromised.
When I was advised to use Proton mail. The same compromising began except this company has a very stringent security program. It uncovered what I was talking about. And found the trailer the bad actors. I would wake up in the morning. I have my sister in California. Send me an email. That email will not reach my Proton account sometimes hours were into the next day. I submitted the evidence they start to do their investigation. Secondly, they would raise many of my emails. But they have a system that saves that as a back up. I will then between the hours of 10 at night to four in the morning Moroccan time. I will send an email. And it would not reach its destination. I submitted to.Proton which filed the email did reach it person. But since it was not listed, that means he was put in some box waiting for a review or some sort. My security system that deployed to protect my family cameras inside the house and outside the house. Also detected the compromise. They told me it was IMAP/DNS. This is the footprints that they uncovered. It showed that there were a few houses very close to my house that had access to my IP. If you do your investigation, you will see this acronym here. But nevertheless, I cannot afford to keep paying this type of money and these compromises are destroying my video presentations. I have to make so many compromises in order to complete a presentation. If I give a warning or even a 15 or 20 minutes before I go on live, the bad actors were compromise it. So I tried to go live immediately without alerting. And the picture quality many times was so bad majority of the times. I was told the signal was being jammed from the inside of my account with steamy yard. This account for how pictures and notes are taken from my studio.

This sucks. Horribly. I've recorded five times and nothing!! Just their music that I used. You can't get anyone on the phone or by sending emails. Don't offer free service if you're not going to provide it. I wouldn't pay for it because of this

StreamYard appears to have been built on the principle that simplicity is strength. Anyone can step into the studio, so to speak, spend a few minutes watching the tutorials, and begin live streaming almost immediately. Within that short time, even a complete beginner can invite guests and manage a live broadcast with confidence. It really is that simple.

By contrast, I have spent years using another live-streaming platform with a much steeper learning curve. Despite my experience, I still encounter technical challenges that can be frustrating to resolve. With StreamYard, however, I have not run into those same issues. Its intuitive design and ease of use make it an exceptionally accessible platform for both newcomers and experienced broadcasters alike.

I am not the skilled in the technical area and this platform is very easy to navigate.

If I could give zero I would. Since the takeover hy bending spoon. The quality of using streamyard with youtube doe live shows is embarrassing. They have literally been greedy in tripling the price and tou get less. Its painful to watch and the difference compared ro before is awful. Customer service is contact form. Im looking for an alternative as uts NOT WORTH the money. Its on the verge of scandalous in my opinion

I was embarrassed when I invited an executive into my "virtual StreamYard studio" to discuss a contract that I had just been awarded. They were having trouble connecting their audio. This happens too often for it to be an isolated thing. I don't know what happened to this platform. Back in 2020-2022, I used to swear by it! Now I am looking for more dependable options.
