Absolutely first class service from these guys, right from the ordering of a rise and reclining chair. Kept me well informed at all stages of the process and the delivery guys Laurence and Macaulay were so helpful , respectful , can't thank them enough.
These are your go to guys for easy living and mobility.

Lawrence and Macauley were brilliant delivering and building the recliner chair. They had excellent customer service explained how to use the chair and were really nice and helpful. Easy mobility have been a great help and are very informative about their products.

Alice settled my mind,she is a very professional lady who knows her job, polite, professional, and very well mannered.
She talked me through everything and answered everything I asked nothing was too much trouble. If asked if I'd recommend Easy Living there would be no doubt in my mind to highly recommend them.

We visited the Telford Easy Living Mobility Store on 31/10/26 . Janet Keshavarz dealt with us — absolutely brilliant & amazing lady , there was no rushing us into buying what we were looking for (a mobility scooter) . We ended buying it at a great price . I would recommend this shop .

Alice made a visit that was hard and emotional really easy. She explained all the things I needed to know with ease and took her time with me and me and my family. Her knowledge was exceptional.

Really pleased with my Tri-Core scooter! It fits easily in the car boot, is great for getting around the shops and has a really handy tight turning circle. I was a little unsure about a 3-wheeler, but honestly, don’t let that put you off – it feels really stable. So glad I chose it! A big thank you to the team at Easy Living Mobility for their great advice!

I've thought long and hard about writing this review but my experience was terrible so here we go....
Originally I was going to lease a mobility scooter through the motability scheme.I specifically wanted an auto fold scooter due to lack of space. As I'm unable to get to the store it was arranged for Laurence to bring a selection to my home for demonstration for which I was grateful, however only one was auto fold, the rest being the standard models (I had stated that I don't have room) and two wheelchairs, why bring me wheelchairs???? Eventually I decided to buy one direct from the website using klarna. All was fine for the first three weeks or so and then it malfunctioned, it sped up and wouldn't stop, the choice was be thrown off or go straight into a main road. It was awful and I was hurt in the process. I emailed easy living as it was on a Sunday and I had to call up on the Monday morning. My email had been seen but nobody had contacted me! I didn't find Alice's attitude very professional however she did suggest an upgrade at no extra cost and half price on the extra warranty which I accepted. The new model failed for various reasons and four times at least it was sent back for repair. The excuses given were in using it too much, it should be charged with the batteries on board (even though it is sold as on or off charging), I'm using it on uneven ground (it's a pavement scooter and only been used on the pavement). I had the scooter for approx 13 months before I gave up and bought another model from another company, of which I've not had any problems 5 months in. Regarding using it too much, I wasn't aware you could and I fail to see how 1 to 3 miles a day is excessive. Another point to bear in mind is I never used it in the rain so that covers about 4 months or wasn't used and each time it failed I lost two weeks mobility with the return/repair process so that's another two months of no usage. The only time I had any apologies was when I rang up to check how many times I'd had to return it so I could be factual in my review, then I had a call from Alice offering to buy it back for the remaining balance on klarna, offering to repair it so I have a spare (why the hell would I want two scooters when I'm already short of space?). It was blatantly obvious the goal was to stop me writing a review so I've left it a few months to do so. I declined the two poor offers and have no intention of ever using not so easy living mobility again and am happy to share my experience. The scooters were not cheap either for auto fold, £1500 and £2000 give or take a pound or two.
In summary, poor equipment with even poorer service. Would not recommend this company, ever!

To be transparent, I posted this review on 30/10/26 and a few hours later I had a call from this company. Now I will be fair and say the gentleman I spoke to was very apologetic and professional and apparently wasn't working for easy living during my issues, however I declined his request to remove my review. The time to contact me was when I was having issues not regarding a review. I understand he wasn't employed by them at the time but Alice the store manager was, so although I appreciate his professionalism it does not change the poor service nor warrant me removing my review.
Interesting that I have since read through the one star reviews and many relate to the same scooter, so when I was told previously that no issues had been raised regarding my scooter that obviously wasn't correct. I will leave it there, no more to be said

We visited the Northfield venue and met Lisa who was new in her role. Her and her colleague were very welcoming, friendly and put us at ease. She helped us understand the mobility scooter suggested. We were shown exactly what we needed to know and how things worked which meant the first outing was successful.

Kate made it easy to agree the purchase.

Macauley and Lawrence were fantastic, efficient, polite and lovely! Credit to the company!

From the first phone call to delivery was first class . My scooter is amazing . Thankyou Lawrence for the help getting it in the gate & cabin ..... looking forward to going out on it

I am very happy with my new scooter I use it every day to take my dog 🐕 walking, it is very sturdy and strong 💪 it is working marvellous 🤩 on long journey and short ones.
I also go to the town shopping centre on it . Thanks for my lovely scooter Elaine.

Had to wait a long time for delivery but when my chair arrived it was worth the wait so comfortable and I use it daily well worth the money I was quoted twice the money from other companies but glad I found this company thank you for your service 😊
