The experience was good from start to finish, the communication was very good and the delivery was faultless and very accommodating, the delivery driver went above and beyond what was required.

The delivery did not arrive on the agreed date. Furthermore, many of the granite setts I purchased have very uneven edges, visible stains, and some even have nails embedded in them.

Overall, I am very disappointed with both the delivery service and the quality of the products. The delivery was unreliable, and the product quality was poor.

I ordered it for the 28th Nov and it arrived on that day. The flags have yet to be layed. Hopefully they will be fine.

I ordered paving slabs from Stonewise (formerly The Stonemart) to match my existing dark slate patio, based on the photos on their website, which show a dark grey slab. What was delivered is a completely different colour: a pale grey-green that looks nothing like the advertised product and is a huge contrast to my existing slabs. Two slabs also arrived damaged.

I contacted them with photos and video of the delivery. They have refused a refund and will only take the slabs back if I pay £100 for collection/delivery. The site has a disclaimer that natural stone can vary, but this isn't natural variation, it's a different-looking product from the ones pictured on their website. Being asked to pay £100 to return goods that don't match their own listing is unacceptable.

Check carefully before buying, and ask for a physical sample first.

The product was good and delivered on time. BUT only 4 days after I ordered (and 11 days before delivery) Stonewise reduced the item by 20% but refused to offer at the reduced price saying that they couldn't do it because it had already been fulfilled (even though the order wasn't actually fulfilled because it was still 11 days until delivery!
I could have cancelled, paid a £100 cancellation fee and still saved money but I put it down to experience and won't be using this company again. As I'm actually building a new house and need flagstones, walls and driveways laid, the losers will actually be Stonewise themselves!

The samples I requested arrived quickly and I was impressed by the follow up by their sales staff.

Ordered paving flags for outside. Items were meant to be delivered on the Thursday, so I had the day off work. I received no tracking information so contacted them. They advised that my delivery was Friday however I was unable to do that. This was frustrating as I was having the work done on Sunday. They did eventually agree to deliver items on Saturday but when they arrived two of them were broken. I contacted them and they were unable to replace the two and only gave me a refund, instead of a replacement.

Great experience from the start - Easy to order, great delivery service & great product. Great customer support also on questions and follow up after delivery. Definitely recommend Stonewise.

Product was very good.
The delivery was another story, the pallet had been loaded the wrong way round, so the driver could not get the pallet truck underneath, added to this, the wooden pallet started to break up due to the weight of the granite setts. So my husband and I had to unload by hand each individual set with the help of a very helpful lorry driver. Not impressed!

The order for Ash Black Granite Paving Slabs was ordered on a Monday, collected in 2 days, and delivered in 2 days later on the Friday. There was excellent communication throughout, both by mobile, email, and via WhatsApp, which meant that the pallet was left in the place that was previously agreed upon. The slabs arrived safely and were intact.

Stonewise were helpful from point of enquiry to delivery, helping provide details of current stock levels, checking suitability of delivery, and delivering with care in a matter of days. The quality of the stone is exceptional, perfect for my garden project. I'd highly recommend!

Some of the slabs were broken. it was a nightmare to try and get replacements,When they came they were broke too. Customer service is a joke they refused to send more slabs. Stonewise did not complete the order and refused to. I told them to collect the part order and i would by elswhere but they refused to do that as well. They said they would refund the broken slabs but only refunded part of the cost. I now can't do the job as i don't have slabs required. Don't use this company its so bad they should be shut down.
