Great quality, fast service and an easy ordering process
I ordered several custom wooden stamps from stempel-fabrik.de, together with matching stamp pads in different colors. The whole ordering process was very simple, clear and straightforward.
The stamps were produced and delivered quickly, and everything arrived exactly as ordered. The print quality of the stamps is clean and precise, and the overall product quality feels very good. The wooden stamps look solid, well made and professional.
I also liked that the matching stamp pads were available directly with the order, which made the whole process even easier.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, the speed and the quality of the products. I can definitely recommend stempel-fabrik.de for custom stamps and stamp accessories.

Unfortunately, the logo on the stamp is not raised enough to produce a clean and consistent impression. In addition, although the stamp was requested without a frame, it consistently leaves a rectangular shadow around the logo. As the product does not meet the requested specifications, we kindly ask for an improved replacement or, alternatively, a reimbursement.

I was cheated by this company.
I think the company's behavior is outrageous. Not only did I not receive the stamp I ordered and paid for during my week in Eindhoven—which the company had promised to complete during the trade fair (I needed it for that trade fair, my products were not marked with the logo by this company and I could have ordered stamp from any other company). I waited a whole week, and it was still not delivered. Now the company not only refuses to send it now to Poland (even though I offered to cover the shipping costs) but also refuses to refund me for the stamp. What’s more, the company attempted to deceive me by sending new invoices, again for the same stamp. According to these new invoices, I'm expected to pay twice for a one stamp... I'm sharing this to warn others, as I believe the company's behavior is outrageous—I lost money, didn't receive the product when I needed it, and, in fact, never received it at all.
