Coffee table not arrived, no correspondence
I ordered the Dark Walnut Wood Gio coffee table on the 13/09/2025. After 2 weeks of the order being stuck at a holding facility, I emailed the company asking for an update on the order. They said I needed an EORI number to complete the delivery from France to the UK. I explained to the company over email that I do not have an EORI number as a private buyer. They apologised and said that they incorrectly processed the order as a business transaction and thus either need an EORI number to complete delivery or we could source our own private currier company. I requested more information about sourcing our own currier and asked if they could arrange for this themselves given their accountability for the error and we would incur any extra costs. By the time the company responded, the table was already on route back to the manufacturer’s facility. They replied in the beginning of last week saying that they would look into sending the table with a private company. I have sent 2 emails since then and they are no longer responding. It has been 14 days since last correspondence and there has been no update on the status of the table. We are still very keen to receive the table and are hopeful that the company will be able to rectify this situation.

the merch I purchased three weeks ago…
the merch I purchased three weeks ago hasn't arrived yet and it is apparently disappeared. There is no way to get in contact with anybody on the shipping side. We understand that the delivery of the product to destination is not managed directly by your company, however, when paying more than 100 EUR for shipping alone, we would expect an higher quality service and a better customer care. I hope this issue will be solved soon.

Great customer service, very attentative to timing of delivery. The products were protected and wrapped in a perfect manner. The one chair was embalmed in a highly constructed crate, perfect. Quality of the chairs is very high, a bit of building it together for one special chair, fair enough, and just-in-built for some others, just wrapping it out of the protection, a dream at the end. Overall, great, great quality for the price, customer service really great and personalised. Really happy client here.

The Poltrana arrived quickly
The Poltrana arrived quickly, but without warning, there was no good communication in this regard. Well packaged, but without brochures or product instructions. The product is made with care and could well have this finished detail. The feel of the leather on the upper is very comfortable; and the combination of natural fiber synthetic leather and animal leather is well done.
