Over the two day course, there was a LOT of information shared. The presenters were excellent and put across all of the learning points well. The presentation included interviews with others that had learned to trade with Star Trading, and it was interesting seeing the variety and starting skill level of those that had been successful.
While the benefits of trading were spoken about quite a bit, they were balanced by the reality that you can also loose money while trading. I thought that this was an excellent inclusion, and they regularly referred to 'safe-trading-practices' and 'risk-management'.
There was certainly enough information put across for you to be able to go off and trade. We were shown how map out a market and spot a 'trend' and how to use that as the basis of a trade. We were shown how to practice what had been taught by 'back-testing' against previous trading data; this allows you to try your skill against real markets without risking any funds. This also included a live demo with one of the participants.
They also opened a specific Facebook group that was monitored by their mentors so that you could try what they had taught and submit for assessment and critique by their mentors. This page was open and monitored for a full week; which included five days of available feedback after the course.
While I did opt to sign up for further mentoring with Star Trading, there is enough information given in this course for you to go off an try for yourself. There was a LOT of value for less than £100 making it exceptional value, and I would recommend that people interested in trading take part in one of these two day courses.

Lewis is claiming to not have to work because he is a successful trader. He is not. Please save your money people. He has no clue. He is hoping to sell useless course you. Please stop scamming people Lewis. Find a honourable job, Lewis. If you doubt my review, ask him to show you live when He is trading. He will avoid you then because he has nothing to show you
I enrolled in the free masterclass, then the 2 day WTT, which left me wanting more and made me realise that i could do this. The course was really good, Lewis, Josh and Amanda were really helpful and explained trading in a way i could understand and made me realise that i could learn this new skill set. It was good to hear from current and past students on their journey.
I then enrolled onto their mentorship programme and can honestly say the level of teaching from the team is really good, their system for teaching is clear and concise, groups are capped at 4, which makes it good as you can ask questions etc. The community is really good and supportive and if you ever have a question or need some further info or explanations you can be sure that someone will be there to help you!
If you are wondering whether to become part of the STARTrading community i would advise you to go for it! If you don't challenge yourself nothing will change, and the best way to challenge yourself is learning a new skillset with a supportive community around you!

I originally came across STARTrading on Rich House Poor House. I signed up for the free 2 hour intro, and then for the 2 days Course where they covered many aspects of trading and what was achievable.
I came away absolutely buzzing, but still sceptical whether I could actually do this or if it was just a big scam like most things you see or find online.
After some research and reading of reviews I finally signed up for the 8 week mentorship - I can 100% whole heartedly say THIS ISN'T A SCAM. Lewis is the most amazing and kind heartment man I think I have ever met who wants to help everybody be FINANCIALLY FREE.
What Lewis and the Team at STARTrading have created here is a system that 99% of people can do and follow with unbelievable results where you can continue to grow if you choose.
You aren't just give a book or videos to read or watch, you slowly learn and grow with an amazing team and valuable feedback.
I work full time and can fit this in without having to give up all my free time. I am already four weeks in and can't believe how far I have come in such a short amount of time.

I became aware of STARTrading a short while back and received a lot of emails from Lewis advertising the concept. Strangely, being sceptical, at no point did I think any part of this was a scam. Lewis comes across as genuinely wanting to help people and so I signed up to the 2 day course. I am now signed up to the mentorship and trust the process will teach me how to trade. The best thing is knowing my money is safe as long as I adhere to the process they teach. I agree with other reviews about the terms used to promote the taster sessions and accept this could frustrate some people but I feel the experience still warrants 5 stars as we should know we're not going to learn everything in 2 days and Lewis points out this is not a get rich quick scheme. I am now introduced to a community which feels genuinely supportive and accept there is much more to learn than I could ever achieve on my own.

First of all, I nearly always only leave bad reviews on Truspilot (when all other avenues of complaining have failed). I don't often respond to offers of leaving reviews for companies if I had no issues with them. However, I felt I needed to leave this quick review here on this company to put people's minds at rest about STARTrading.
I have noticed quite a few reviewers have complained that they've been scammed. Well, I utterly disagree with ALL of them. They have not been scammed at all. Yes, the've been encouraged to use the mentorship packages as that makes the whole process a heck of a lot simpler. They hold your hand and guide you every single step of the way, and even guarantee you will never lose all of your money in your trading account if you stick to their method of trading. Of course, they are not going to do all this months of work for nothing are they? Lewis, who started this company has to make sure the mentors are paid good money, in order to pass on the invaluable knowledge they gained when they were mentees themselves! That is what you are paying for. Not only that, if you pay good money for something, (like this training) then you are going to give it your full attention aren't you? If you went on a totally free training course, you are not likely to give it all the attention it needs, and this course does need a good amount of attention! It is not very easy, which is why it takes time, and if you require your hand to be held for about 6 months, then you should be willing to pay for that.
I notice here it says other reviewers have mentioned 'value for money' but I don't know if they are saying it is good or bad. If you ask me, it is VERY, VERY CHEAP! Honestly, if you consider what you get out of it (if you put the time/effort in) then it really is almost a give away! Lewis and his team are there almost 24/7, 365 days a year for you to help you gain this knowledge which can change your life for the better. But only if YOU put the effort/time into it and stick to their method, which includes risk management. This is NOT a get rich quick kind of thing (and they tell you that very often!) but it can help you build wealth in a way you won't be able to anywhere else to date.
Now I've said that, I just want to let you all know that I first listened to the STARTrading podcasts on Spotify. I have dabbled with Forex trading myself before (and ended up losing money, because I didn't know what I was doing!) So I am not a total newbie with trading terminology, but I didn't know how to use trading software or how to read the charts etc.
After listening to all the podcasts I decided to join one of the 'Masterclass' sessions in early June 2026. I must admit, I did find this a little 'pushy' but I was not put off by that as I had already made my mind up that I wanted to join up and get proper training. So, after that 'Masterclass' session, I paid my £98 to join the two day 'training' course on June 25th & 26th.
Now, personally I think they approach this in the wrong way, as it does come across a lot like a scam. There is a lot they cram into the two days, but 90% of it just comes across as a sales pitch, (which I genuinely believe is not intended. It just seems like that). I also think that part of that problem is the fact they call the first session you attend, a 'Masterclass' when you are not actually being taught anything at that stage. Plus the two day 'training' course should (in my opinion) be called something like a 'Trading Taster' session or something like that instead. I say this because, after these two days 'training' is when you really start your training. Yes they do show you what you need to know and how to do it, but only very briefly.
After the two day 'training' course, they will offer you the two mentorship schemes, but of course they are not cheap (and as I've already said, quite rightly!) and that is when you actually start your training, so that should be (in my opinion) the first time 'training' is mentioned, otherwise it's giving the wrong message!
So, I really think that most of the reviewers who are unhappy (and feel they've been scammed), were just expecting too much! They were probably expecting to be fully trained after just two days, (which is impossible!)
I really do urge those ones who have already paid for the mentorship, to go back and spend the time understanding the information they need, in order to gain these skills. It will change their lives, if they put the effort in and stick to the correct way of doing it. You've already paid for it, so go and do it! The STARTrading team have not run off with your money! They are definitely still there. You will have been assigned your own personal mentor, and they will be very eager in getting you the knowledge to trade successfully and safely. This mentor waiting to help you, will have been in exactly the same position you're in now. Why waste your money/time?

Poor basic training
Training is poor and over priced. Every course is an upsell to the next.
strategies don’t work
Lewis makes money from selling courses only he doesn’t trade
Safe your money you will find better info on YouTube.
Joining these will be a massive waste of your time never mind your money

Scammers
The book is full of nothing designed to get you into paid courses
The 2/3 day course is BS you don’t learn anything. You are just sold the £5k mentorship for the whole time.
The £5k course holds back further strategies you only get on the more advantaged package
You get the picture you are just part of a big funnel to take you money and deliver broken dreams unless you upgrade to next levels…
Save your money you will get more sense out of YouTube for free.

What I Purchased
A £4,987 trading mentorship programme from Star Trading.
What Happened
7 days after signing up, I decided the programme was not right for me and requested a refund within the 14 day cooling-off period.
Why My Refund Was Refused
My refund request was declined because I had accessed some of the course modules, which under the Star Trading company’s terms and conditions made me ineligible for a refund.
What I Wish I’d Known
My recollection is that I was encouraged by the salesperson to listen to some of the modules before my onboarding call. At the time, I did not appreciate that accessing the content would affect my ability to obtain a refund. Had I fully understood this, I would not have accessed the modules before deciding whether to continue.
Why I’m Sharing This
I’m sharing my experience so that others carefully review the refund terms and fully understand the implications of accessing any course content before committing a significant amount of money.

I completed the 2 day course with STARTrading and found it so facinating, I have signed up for the 8 week course. The course was really well run and explained in a way that was easy to understand. I loved the community spirit on there, it was a really supportive atmosphere. Now I can't wait to start the next phase of my journey.

I’ve just completed an amazing 2‑day trading course, and it was absolutely jam‑packed with valuable information on both trading and the mindset needed to succeed. Lewis, Josh, and the entire team were outstanding — knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about what they teach.
As a complete beginner, I found the course incredibly accessible. It gave me a solid understanding of the practical and technical aspects of trading, and everything was explained in a way that actually made sense.
The experience was so motivating that I’ve now signed up for the mentorship programme. I’m excited to continue my trading journey and build on what I’ve learned.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to start or level up their trading skills.

I took the 2-day training with STARTrading and loved it. There were a few people in the training who obviously wanted more examples and how-tos.
There's quite a lot of talk about mindset and understanding why you want to trade, and giving realistic examples of how you can progress.
For me personally, and I think many others, there was a really good balance. If it had all been just how to trade, I don't think I would have taken it in.
At the end of the 2 days, I could not have gone off and started trading; that's not what it's about.
I am about to start the 8-week mentoring. It's a lot of money for me, but I feel that I am in very safe hands.
I have realistic expectations of what I will get in return and what I will need to do. I think the 2-day training is incredibly valuable. Without it, I wouldn't have felt so sure about making the investment into taking the mentoring.

The course was well structured but packed too much in without long enough breaks. I confess to zoning out on occasion and couldn’t complete all the exercises in the time available.
I would have preferred 3 days and more breaks even at a higher price - it’s a loss leader anyway, anyone who thinks they can go away and do this on their own is deluded. You need the next step. Here there are mixed messages, there is a commercial money making aspect and driving you emotionally to sign up and there is an aspirational ethical aspect and the two don’t fit yet.

Great two day course to get an introduction to trading. Of course this is has an element of a sales pitch to highlight the mentorship schemes but the balance was perfect in my opinion. The practical/technical aspects and introduction to trading was good for me as a newby to trading, it gave me the perfect level of understanding to make a decision on whether I wanted to move forward with a mentorship.
Excited to continuing my learning through the mentorship.

Unethical practices. Got us to sign up for a 90 min masterclass on trading basics. 1 hour into the class, zero skills had been taught on trading. When few people started questioning that, those comments kept getting deleted by the admin without any explanation and those people were then removed from the session.
Contrary to what they have written in the reply this is what happened.
The session started at 7 PM. At 7.59 PM, as they had not provided any useful information yet given it was called a Startrading Masterclass, an attendee named Caroline wrote something along the lines of: We have not learnt anything yet.
It was a very fair comment to make so I had responded:
I agree with Caroline
And a few people commented along the same lines.
People'e time is precious and when you have taken 1 hour of it calling it s Masterclass and they are not getting back anything other than the life journey of Lewis, you listen to their grievance and respond appropriately.
The professional thing to do would have been to respond to the comments by saying this is what we intended to cover or the rest of the class will cover this etc. But instead without any response, comments were being removed.
Few of us then commented on the fact that comments were disappearing, and that it was disappointing.
Those comments were removed too!
And then people removed from the session.
What an unprofessional and almost childish way to deal with attendees to a session expressing a concern.
Your business will run on goodwill and respect for people's time. People are allowed to voice their concern, there are better ways to deal with it. Please take this feedback constructively as all feedback is meant to be. Ratings and reviews are the most powerful source of information for a business.
Noone called it a scam till polite but valid comments posted about not getting enough from the session after an hour, started just being removed one after another. That's when people found it very disappointing, odd and scam-like.

Great 2 Day event, Lewis, Josh and the rest of the team put everything into it. Very insightful into the world of trading! Looking forward to the launch mentorship, with intention to start platinum as soon as possible! Thankyou

The two day course was very informative. I had no background or knowledge in trading prior to doing it. It was great to see the charts and get to grips with some of the methods used, but also work on the psychology and mindset needed to be successful. Something I had not really considered before but now know is vital! Thanks to the team for making it fun and engaging throughout. I have taken a leap of faith and signed up for the mentorship program and I can not wait to upgrade my skills to secure a better future for myself and my family. The sense of community in this training also makes me feel I will 100% succeed. Try the two day course and see for yourself. 10/10 recommend!

What an exceptional weekend with Startrading. Two full days packed with valuable knowledge, insight, and genuine education. Lewis and Josh were outstanding throughout. Patient, honest, relatable, and incredibly engaging teachers who made complex topics feel understandable and achievable.
Behind the scenes, Amanda and Krisie were equally fantastic. The support never stopped, and at no point did I ever feel like a question would go unanswered. The community spirit throughout the course and Facebook group was also brilliant.
Considering the weekend only cost £98, the value was honestly outstanding. The transparency, empathy, passion, and commitment shown by the whole Star trading team completely convinced me to continue my journey and sign up for the full course.
What stood out most was how personal everything felt. You are treated as an individual, not just another number. I genuinely believe these guys care deeply about helping people improve their mindset, confidence, and financial future.
I highly recommend taking the leap, even if it’s just the weekend course. The knowledge alone is worth far more than the cost, and it may completely change the way you think about your future.

I have done a few courses trying to learn as much as I can about finance in general. This 2 day introduction course from star trading gave me more information than all of the other courses put together. The instructors are incredibly patient, helpful and above all else give you a safe space to learn. They’re not pushy with trying to upsell but if you want to learn further then it’s available. I’m so happy to be starting my journey with them and the wider community they create.

The 2 days over the weekend helped me realise why I hadn't been able to be consistent in trading! Great insights and gets the basics across very well. I have opted to take one of the mentorship programs from STARTrading to get even more information and training.
