I had a great experience using this service. I was purchasing a bottle of wine from a private seller and having it shipped to Hong Kong, so the process required quite a bit of coordination between the seller, the support team, and myself.

Because both the seller and I had scheduling conflicts, the whole process took about a month. Despite the long timeline, the customer support team remained patient, responsive, and helpful throughout. Every email was answered quickly, and they were always willing to help arrange the purchase and confirm the shipping costs. The seller was also very friendly and proactive, making the whole process smooth and pleasant.

I really appreciated their professionalism and excellent communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again and would highly recommend them.

The founders have spotted a gap in the market for a peer-to-peer wine marketplace. Some great wines on offer at really good prices. Easy to sell wine too with guidance on pricing and packaging/posting. Easy to navigate website, safe transactions. The functionality of the marketplace is evolving all the time and real people help you if needed!

I sold some wine on Squelch for the first time. It was extremely straightforward (the site is really well set out, with a great user dashboard). I think Squelch dis-intermediates the auction houses brilliantly: cheaper, quicker and far less cumbersome. Great concept.

I tried to list my highly rated (by Robert Parker) domaine de Marcoux CNP Vintages 2003/4/5/6. These wines are valued around £40/btl. As wine merchant I paid ex cellars "Marcoux" estate back in 2005 and so on..around £23....The wines now are well matured and in perfect condition. I am myself a Chevalier du Tastevin des Grands Crus de Bourgogne(a hilghly rated international accolate) ...and in the wine business since 1977!! (yes I am 76 y.o.....Well Well !!! Squelch automated valuation I feeded has given me from descending price £40 to £15 still over-priced!!!!! They should get rid of this ridiculous automated system if they want to look profesionnel!!!!

My first experience of buying wine through Squelch but very impressed and pleased with the wine I bought. The website is very clear and easy to navigate and making a purchase is very straightforward - I clicked, I paid and a couple of days later the wine arrived, perfectly packed, directly from the seller. Felt very easy and straightforward. I had to confirm that I had received the wine for the purchase price to be released to the seller which gives the buyer protection. The range of available wines is very impressive. Seamless and trouble free - will definitely use Squelch again, particularly for one off special bottles that might not be available elsewhere.
