Dont gamble here you will get scammed even if you do kyc when you try to cash out you wont be able to support is certanly ai isnt helpfull dont gamble here unless you want to loose 90% of the time or get banned when trying to cash out its fraud and money loundering

Holy shit site, they give out free 2 bucks balance and If you win they want kyc to withdraw. Why they offer it without even saying that I need kyc. If you deposit you dont need kyc bc the site knows they gonna get money from u but If you got lucky and withdraw they want kyc.
Honestly a shit site.

This is one of the worst sites I've ever played on. There's no transparency whatsoever, and the games are designed to make you lose every time. My advice is don't play on this site.

I won alot of money on here a year ago and was quickly ban and everytime I reached out I was threatened with a different things. When I simply want my 12000 gems. Worth a total of almost 8000 United States dollars. They claimed I exploited the game. But isn't that what a gambling site is for winning. My first big win ever. It took me days to get lucky if not a miracle was robbed from me. But it was for the best I learned alot about these people and this so called legitimate gambling site. Shortly after I was banned and now I will never get that win back. But luckily for you are able to read this. Anyone interested in this site should stay away due to lack of professionalism, crooked way and overall lack of business ethics. I did not cheat or 'abuse' the game. They will say whatever they can to keep YOUR money and get you out of there if you do win by mistake, error or glitch so they claim. I have not coding skills nothing and still won. Never the less they will say Im the one who did them wrong and cheated on a game they made the rules to.

Scam website, stole 600$ in affiliates from me and banned me

yes this is a legitamate site, but withdrawls take a while sometimes. Good animations, good gamemodes.

site seems like a rigged experience i depoed and played very reasonable battles i did some smaller battles and out of the around 10 i played i won 1 and all the other 9 didnt pay money back the cases just arent rounded and you have to open 20 of them in 1 battle to win but there isnt quick open so you have to sit there and watch 20 cases roll for 1 maybe 2 hits and you have to end up spending 20+ credits per battle and using the small cases just suck they dont pay and have no odds all 5% cases i think they need a borrow mode of sorts or fix how the site acts i dont think it deserves more then 60 people on

Anytime u login has 20-35 online players
while in chat approx 4 messages per 8hr are written (often by 1 guy complaining for his losses)
Site is most likely used to launder money by its owner.
Faking player traffic/often makes dummy accounts
(freshly registered) dummy account that wagers 10-60k in 1-2 hour in a dead website basicly.

(not to mention Bugs/RTP etc.)
He had around 200 online players but in 4 months time around as said -> 20 remain
(80% rain claimers,10% his dummy accounts that he makes,and 10% random ppl that is being scammed basicly)

Many reports of people winning (finally) and waiting confirmation 1-2-5 days (cryptocurr withdraw)
*not approving it on purpose so you cancel the withdraw*

Tranasctions (withdraw) is hand approved / reviewed, can be denied u could be banned if something isn't to their liking.

Owner used to host weekly/daily Leaderboard.
I think 10k $ For weekly.
Alot scamming was going there. on the laderboard u could legit players climbing to the top (many times wagered above 15-25k for first place). 1 days before ladeboard ends the "0 level" new registered randomly decides its time to try out the site (and often wagers 1.2-1.3-1.5x the ammount that the #1 spot wagered). and not only 1 accurance or only 1 account.

Many of them . owner claims the first spots for him self (to not pay out the "big reward prize from leaderboard")

all this shit/scam behaviour is not really needed , since he would profit anyway cause the outrages rtp.

But he still does it. Thats what makes me think the site is just laundering money.
No advartisements or anything. No hooking offers for new-registered/no offers at all (and no way a player would last long there)

I wasn't really gonna write anything about it. But i got scammed directly by the owner. Even knowing that he is piece of shit that suprised me. I contacted him about a bug that spawns balance from thin air.
Playable balance/Withdrawable. easy to replicate
High-risk/critical bug basicly.
Explained what the situation is,told him my price (2k$)
*could asked more considering the bug*

He agreed but wiggled the 2k$ to 2k Coins (1.3k$) after i explain the bug.

I told him that i'll go first with in-depth detail of the bug/how to expoit it/replicate it and then after he reads/fix it he can credit me the money.
(basicly i go first with,he second)

Only thing asked him was to give his word.
He did.
And here we are.. He fixed the bug. told me to bounce+ blocked me on discord (dosent reply since that day)

(ofc i got screen-recording of all above said happening in real-time. Chat logs with him. Chat logs with his arrogant supports and many more)

And before you ask me why didnt i exploited the bug. I did 2 times to Test/Confirm the test and reported it

(i've reporter bugs to other sites which i wont mention here which were no where close level of this one in splitsgg)
2 Times actually in diffrent sites i found significant bugs, reported them without knowing what will i get/recive and both times i was happy with the ammount i got paid for it.

Based on that expirience i really didnt expect him to not pay me 2k$ for the exploit/bug.

AGAIN i highly recommend to not go near the site.

In all honesty guys this website does have a big house edge yes. But its legit. You can actually win on here, its not fully rigged like on other websites.

This site is fraudulent, they don't show provably fair on their games and its very apparent when playing its a scam, congrats on taking my money you losers

So i found a way to play under self ban measurments and the money i lost wasnt refunded to me as required by their tos and law and theyre not responding to me so i would say its a shady site so dont play here if any admins wanna reach out i have all the pics and evidence

Made a few battles where I was losing every single one, thought might as well try crazy mode and all of a sudden pull an $860 item. Very questionable seems like a scam to make you think your going to win but in reality they are very rigged odds.

The customer service is excellent. The moderators were very patient.

They have great support service whenever Im dealing with a problem they are always able to solve it

I deposited €18 and received 18 credits. I played and turned those 18 credits into 30, then cashed out 27 credits and received about €10 worth of Rust skins.

Issue:
Not only did I receive the wrong skins, but after contacting support, they acknowledged the issue and said it would be fixed. Over 13 hours later, I only received a refund for one of the incorrect skins. The other is still missing, and they’ve now said they won’t refund the rest.

This is incredibly frustrating. I played fairly, cashed out properly, and now I’m being shorted for something that wasn’t my fault. This feels like a scam, and the lack of proper resolution or communication makes it worse.

I would not recommend using splits.gg until they improve their support and actually honor their payouts.
