The Spintel website works well
The Spintel website works well, the chatbot was helpful, and the human assistant 'Carol' was patient and stayed online with me to ensure my number was ported over in a trouble free manner and within minutes. When I objected to disclosing my personal pin (due to concerns about online fraud), she found another way to identify me. This was helpful and reassuring.
