Only place I could find the item on the internet. The service was exactly what I expect from a company who wants my business. I had an issue, they fixed it immediately and didn't require a million questions.
Finally the price and item quality were top notch and when I needed to change delivery date/location as I was away from work they made it happen.

It took too long to get the order
It took too long to get the order. I ordered it for my son to install but the package took 2 weeks. And my son was gone as his vacation ended. I am unsure if I can put it in its place.

I made an order online. You guys didn’t have the stuff in stock. You cancelled the order and I still haven’t got my money back. Unless you cancel the preauthorization my money stays stuck for two weeks by my bank that is absolutely ridiculous.

Nothing has shipped. When I contacted to find out when it will ship I have not received a reply back. Other than my initial order there has been zero communication. It is over 2 weeks later.
