Not sure they are still trading in Attleborough!

I've tried to call them on eight occasions now but the phone is never answered.
Had to book the service of one car with another company and the MOT of an another with someone else.

We were going to discuss a new GR Yaris but no real point now as others are keen for our business.
If they are still trading then I'd guess their customer service is probably as good as their ability to pick up the phone.

We bought a new Toyota Yaris GR Sport, the service by Olivia in Sales was amazing! would highly recommend the Hastings branch.

I wanted to purchase a BMW but the dealer was very rude and the end of the discussion he informed me that the model I was looking for was out of stock. Very disappointed and not recommended at all.

After a clash of wing mirrors I took my car in and after examining the damage they said it was repairable and the parts would take two days. Sure enough two days later I went back and Cameron (I think it was) repaired the wing mirror quicker than I could drink my complementary coffee. Brilliant! And no labour charge either!

Only giving 1 because 0 is not an option!!
SLM Toyota Norwich and Toyota Financial Services took over £13,000 from me without my consent, lied to my face about when they would give it back (apparently it was going take 2 days for them to set up a same day transfer but turned into 12 days and not a same day transfer)
Initially they thought £150 was a reasonable amount of compensation for the upset and anxiety caused by this!
This was not the only issue with the purchase of this car!!!

Despite traveling from York to Norwich on the train to collect a car I was told was ready, I arrived to find a car that had scuffed wheel trims, stone chips and a misshaped bumper that had resulted from an accident. Luke and his manager said they were unwilling to do anything about these issues - REALLY??? I walked away and clearly they just intend to sell the car to some other poor unsuspecting customer. These guys are just backstreet dodgy car dealers come good. How they've ended up with a Toyota franchise is beyond me. Six days has passed and I still haven't received my £500 deposit back. Once again - REALLY?? If a deal is straightforward, you won't see any of this, hence the positive reviews. However, if something goes wrong, you will see what is really going at this dealership and all I can say is good luck to you. My advice would be to avoid and go somewhere else.

I can only speak as I find. The service dept at SLM are always there to give advice and sort out problems. I single out Rob (Service Norwich) who has come to our aid a number of times recently when I have had trouble understanding the complicated nature of Toyota’s modern cars and management systems.
Today his service was once again exemplary.

Asked to look at a new truck in Nov 20 at Norwich and was ignored despite calling 3 times.asked at attleborough at service time for my current Toyota truck (had 13 of them) and ignored too.complained to managing director of company and he called me a liar.issues I had at service were not looked at either.very poor service from slm Toyota

THAN MY NEW PIECE OF JUNK TOYOTA THAT I HAVE KNOW. WE ALL KNOW WHAT IT IS ABOUT, COST SAVINGS , PROFIT. I have been using SLM since 2013. Both the sales and service team have always been excellent and very friendly. Sales are never pushy and have always delivered what they have promised. I always recommend them.

Couldn’t even park. What a disorganised mess. I hope they’re better at servicing the cars as first impressions are awful.
