Package not received!
I ordered products of 65 euro costs and I received a mail with the confirmation and shippment tracking.
I still haven't received my order and tracking link says that the address was wrong but that's a huge lie! The adress is correct and they never tried to do the delivey or contact by phone or email.
I contacted support by email and received an automatic response email wich says to check tracking link...
This was more than 3 weeks ago. I can't login in their site because they blocked my access to do a formal complain.
I want my money back!
They don't have any client support.
