Sleek were amazing in the sign up process, attentive, quick to respond, anything to get you signed up!

The second you're over the line you might as well be dead. Constant ignoring of requests, constant misinformation, not helpful whatsoever. Am looking into moving away from them if it's possible, I'd just recommend not starting with them in the first place.

I paid Sleek in full on 19 August 2025 to incorporate a Singapore company. It was registered on 28 April 2026, eight months later. I replied to every request within days; the delay was not on my side. In November 2025 I wrote to say I had heard nothing for nearly two months.

The problem is what Sleek billed across those eight months. Every subscription was dated from the day I paid, not from the day the company existed:

Nominee director, SGD 2,000, billed 26 Aug 2025 to 25 Aug 2026. ACRA records the nominee as appointed on 28 April 2026, so the appointment covered 120 of the 365 days billed.
Corporate secretary, registered address and ACRA annual filing, billed from 18 Aug 2025. The secretary was also appointed on 28 April 2026.
Annual filing and bookkeeping for FY2025, SGD 550, a financial year in which the company did not exist.

Sleek's own nominee director deed is dated 19 February 2026 and describes the company as "a company to be incorporated". That is six months after Sleek began charging a nominee director fee for it.

Sleek's system already does this correctly on one line: my FY2027 bookkeeping subscription runs 28 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, dated from incorporation and the financial year end. The others were simply never moved.

Four weeks before the disputed nominee year even opened, Sleek's billing tried to take a further SGD 2,000 from my card, then sent "action required" chasers when it declined.

I asked for the dates corrected and SGD 2,331.46 refunded, itemised by invoice number and day count. Three emails and ten days later the answer is still "I will check with the internal team" and "allow me some time". No figure, no owner, no date. A SGD 750 invoice that Sleek's own PDF marks as paid in full is still showing as outstanding on my account.

The staff are polite. The billing is not accurate, and nobody reachable is able to decide anything.

Nuzhat Haider is always very responsive to queries and fixes problems immediately. This is so important to me as a busy CEO. Thanks Nuzhat.

Sleek represent very good value for money compared with accounting firms I have used in the past. I would highly recommend them.

The website boasts "The UKs friendliest accountants" un-friendliest morelike! Signed us up, took our money, I gave notice on my current accountants and virtual office and then out of the blue Sleek said they wouldn't accept us as a client but refused to say why, leaving me out of pocket and without an accountant. Still haven't been refunded. No courtesy call or even an explanation. Just a short cold email saying that despite being a limited company trading profitably for 11 years I don't meet requirements, whatever that means. At least have the decency to give me a call and explain why! Awful service, avoid.
