Good evening. I am unable to complete my identity verification and finalize the purchase of a skin. When I enter the details, it says the process is complete, but the option to do it again still appears, and the skin purchase does not go through.

So, I sold some CS skins worth $200. It’s been 8 days and the ban has been lifted, but the funds still aren't available for withdrawal—it just says "processing." Why is that?

traded out a total of €477.54 through this platform. I originally had a Steam inventory worth around €600, and selling my skins this way saved me a lot of time and stress compared to dealing with individual buyers on other platforms.
I’m giving 4 stars because the fees feel a bit high. However, compared to other websites, they still seem to have some of the lowest fees, and most importantly, the platform is legit and trustworthy.
I’ve used the service twice so far, and both experiences went smoothly. The support responded in under two minutes, and it was an actual person, not AI.
Overall, a valid and trustworthy website. I’d definitely use it again.

**Very disappointing and misleading experience**
I sold my CS2 skins through Simplace and received around $70 in balance. The problem is that I now cannot withdraw my own money.
What makes this extremely frustrating is that Simplace apparently did not clearly inform me that the available withdrawal methods would no longer work due to Steam’s new policy. I only discovered the problem after selling my skins, and now the 8-day period has already passed.
My money is simply stuck on the platform, even though I should have been informed clearly and prominently about this limitation **before** I sold my items.
If a platform knows that users may not be able to withdraw their balance because of a major policy change, this information should be impossible to miss. Instead, I am now left with approximately $70 that I cannot access.
This is especially concerning for people who sell their skins because they actually need access to the money. It makes me wonder whether this situation is being handled so poorly because users are expected to deposit/sell their items first and only discover the withdrawal problem afterward.
I am extremely disappointed with Simplace and would not recommend using the platform until they provide a clear solution for users whose money is currently stuck.

This is the 5th time I have had an issue with their Instant Withdrawal feature.
The problem is not that the option is unavailable. The website shows that a certain amount of my balance is eligible for instant withdrawal, depending on the user. This makes me sell my skins expecting that amount to be available immediately. However, after the sale, the instant balance simply does not become available. Instead, the entire amount remains locked until the trade is fully completed.
This has happened to me five times now. The first time was months ago, and the same issue keeps happening without being properly fixed.
What makes it even more frustrating is that, on previous occasions, they blamed the problem on the payment method. I have already tested different payment methods, including PIX and cryptocurrency, and the exact same issue happens regardless of which payment method I use.
In my opinion, this is misleading. If the website tells the user that a certain amount will be available instantly, the user will naturally choose to sell their skins based on that information. But when the instant balance is not actually released and the entire amount is held until the trade is completed, the feature is not working as advertised.
This has been happening for months, and after five occurrences, I really think this should have been fixed by now.
On top of that, the customer support has been completely unhelpful every single time this has happened. There has been no actual resolution to the problem. They simply apologize, say that there is nothing they can do, and leave the issue unresolved.
After experiencing the same problem five times and receiving no real solution from support on any of those occasions, this has been a very poor customer experience.

very nice website to buy cases but is high the fee to deposit. In any case, I would recommend it.

I deposited money to buy a knife, and the store gives me this message: "Some features are temporarily unavailable due to unusual activity. Contact Support to resolve this." It doesn't solve my problem.

I waited a week to get these skins, and you’re just issuing a refund without my consent! I’m wasting my time and locking up my money without getting anything in return. Think 100 times before you deposit your money on this website — purchases are very often cancelled! You can’t withdraw the money; you can only use it to buy something (this applies only to the money you deposited yourself, not to money from sales).
I spent a month trying to get the items that hadn’t been canceled.
