Five stars on delivery but one star on the packaging. You shouldn't put a display on a cardboard box without some protective material around it to protect it from impact & to keep it secure. Temu packs more professionally

Everything was perfect. My wheel arrived without a hitch, and it's perfect! The Conspit 300GT is really an excellent add-on to my setup!

Bought a Pimax Crystal Super to send to Spain because i wanted full EU warranty and price was more competitive than Amazon. Everything went well, the same day i made the order they were shipping the packet and in less than a week the device arrived in perfect condition, new and unopened, (always worried about shops i don't know sending refurbished or used products). Definetly a good and reliable shop focused in Sim products.

The price was correct.

I ordered Pimax Crystal Light and arrived to my home in just 2 days. It was quick and also the owner of the store is very kind and helpful.

I ordered a set of simagic p2000 pedals , with haptic reactors , to this I thought I needed the controle box as well. But shortly after sending the order I was informed that this was not needed, as this box was included with the P2000 pedsls, so the money for the box was refunded.

Exceptional Service, most companies would just have shipped the parts.

I wanted to buy a 3rd party wheel to use in a Fanatec base. It's not easy to do.
However, Simwear were incredibly helpful in defining what hardware I would need, and super quick in answering my questions.

Had an excellent experience with Simwear. Bought Simagic Evo Pro upon release, and simwear had this on stock, unlike some of its competitors that were still waiting to stock up. Placed my order around noon, and saw that Simwear dispatched my order within 30 minutes! Shipping took less than 24 hours! ..and this was an international shipment.. Belgium to Netherlands. I was pleasantly surprised. Furthermore their prices a very competative. If you are in the EU I can wholeheartedly recomend them!

Only complaint I have is that when you google "Simwear" you end up on websites selling ladies swiming gear 😄

I bought many purchases (Simagic mini & Ultimate, P1000, P2000, SimXpro rigs, ect...)

All that stuff was delivery really quick and in a safe packaging.

But the best part is that when I had some isue with my P2000, Simwear (Manu) help me so nicelly and so quick than I still without Simracing only one little week.
As I said, best SAV I ever seen !!!

Tout a été livré très rapidement et dans un emballage sûr.

Mais le meilleur, c'est que lorsque j'ai eu un problème avec mon P2000, Simwear (Manu) m'a aidé si gentiment et si rapidement que je suis resté sans Simracing pendant seulement une semaine.

Comme je l'ai dit, le meilleur SAV que j'aie jamais vu !

Well, they were on vacation. I was looking for a lighthouse faceplate for my Pimax Crystal. It was sold out everywhere. They (Simwear) had one on the offering. I decided to go for it. Even before their vacation ended I got a message that it was on the go. I was lucky that I could get one. It works very well. I can recommend it, the lighthouse faceplate, and ofcourse to buy it at Simwear. They have many more and there is more to come. You'll be very pleased.
