Great support, and really focused on customer. I bought a wheel base and a desk support. They didn't had the support I bought, so instead of waiting 2-3 weeks, they offerd to replace it with an upgrade and offered o discount too.
I really recomedn buying from them. Also, shippment is not expensive, so that is a good think if you have to ship your product for servicing or other reason.
They also respond pretty quickly on e-mail.

I ordered Moza R3 bundle from the website, not to mention that it was cheaper than ordering from official Moza racing website.

Delivery was also free and quick. The order was delivered in 3 working days (excluding weekend)

Great products and great service, the team kept me updated on the delivery within a day when I sent them mails (the delay was not due to them but to simagic).
When they received my products it got delivered very quickly in perfect conditions

I pre-ordered the Moza R3-Bundle, which had some issues being cleared for launch. However after I get fed up with waiting, through no fault on Simracers part, I messaged there customer service and asked to upgrade to a Moza R5-Bundle. I only had to pay the 70€ extra and it was here 2 days later.
TLDR: Amazingly quick service and quick arrival of the product after messaging them.

They are fast, nice, i asked on discord how is my order going and the admin made sure it was shipped out faster. I’m really happy with my service and would recommend👍
