I first met Stacy when I enquired about RF machine, she was extremely helpful & informative. The training was absolutely fantastic! I genuinely couldn’t recommend Stacy enough as she has been so friendly & professional - whenever I had questions or any doubts, she always replied to my messages with in depth answers & explanations. Stacy is such a wonderful & vibrant individual, I truly enjoyed all the training and catch ups with her.

I’ve had a 5 star experience with Silhouette Beauty. I ordered the Dermatherm RF Trio and Microneedling Device which was delivered within a few days, and then my training in salon the next week at my convenience. Training with Becci was excellent. She is easy to get on with and easy to contact if I have any questions about the treatments. Very happy to be a part of this wonderful Silhouette family.

Too much waiting time for item to be shipped!!! Order is still being processed a week after! Not satisfied at all. I have also sent an email with no response!! I have ordered a part for my electrolysis machine.

Silhouette are an amazing company all the machines an excellent…I have 3 of them!!
The results I get from them are amazing. Their after care is amazing too any question you have and they are there to help.

I have been a customer of Silhouettes for almost a year now. I have their Radio Frequency Machine! I am obsessed with this machine! The results are amazing and clients love the results they get. Silhouette as a company is by far one of the best I have worked with in this industry. They genuinely care about their customers. If there is a issue it's sorted ASAP, no nonsense, no fobbing you off, no costing you more money. The fuse went in my machine the other week. I text Julie, not expecting a reply as it was past 6pm. She rang me straight back. She spoke to the tech team and talked me through changing the fuse. Two days later I had two spare fuses arrive in the post! Amazing service. Can not fault them. They are always there with advice and support. I love working with Silhouette and will be purchasing more of their machines down the line. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the machines or the company.

I've been with Silhouette for 26 years, and have Radiofrequency, Dermalift, Microdermabrasion and Microneedling machines with them. I find the training excellent and very clear, and my trainer is always quick to reply to any questions I have regarding the treatments. Everyone at Silhouette is professional, friendly and welcoming, especially at the Beauty Shows. They will always help you and are generous with raffle prizes for my yearly fundraiser. One of the nicest things about Silhouette as a team is that they always make me smile. It is a pleasure to work with them, and have their products in my salon!

Totally recommend, this company goes above and beyond in training & long after it too. Cannot fault any of it, they’re always on end of phone if needed, very pleasant to deal with. Training was very informative. This was more of a refresher for me as I had done Core of Knowledge back in 2023 but it was really good to refresh my memory and knowledge. This industry is forever changing so its good to know that there are companies out there developing courses that are this informative. Highly recommend!
