Trainers arrived in good time
Trainers arrived in good time, boxed up really well so as to keep them in perfect condition.
Only issue was that there should of been a spare set of different colour laces in the box, but they were missing.
Thats why its not 5 stars

Royal Mail told me parcel was delivered…
Royal Mail told me parcel was delivered at 6.13 pm but not received. Next day at lunchtime the parcel was delivered but had caused stress and worry. Royal Mail not good .

Great service from website ease to delivery. Evri "lost" my parcel shocker!! Size recent my parcel as soon as I explained what happened. They are very helpful, emails detailing what's happening with your parcel etc. Great company.

Shoes arrived quickly
Shoes arrived quickly, they didn’t suit me so I returned them and the return process was simple and I got my refund with no hassle. Would order from here again.

Ordered £200 trainers paid extra £5.99…
Ordered £200 trainers paid extra £5.99 for next day delivery. They came about 5 days late so could not gift them to my son abroad as they arrived after I had flown out. I had several conversations with both size and the delivery company both of which sent me back and forth to the other company. I sent the trainers back over a week ago and still do not have my refund to this date. No apologies not updates so it’s looking like £200 down the drain

Very poor customer services
Package didn’t get delivered. I know it was down to Royal Mail, but I sent 2 emails to customer services and both have been ignored. It’s now been over 10 days and not heard anything. Very poor considering you get an automated email saying they will try and contact you within 24 hours.
I have had a full refund and that was only because I called customer services.

Never received my order from Size
Never received my order from Size? that was shipped to Netherlands and they are refusing to issue a refund. Even courier shows package was not delivered. Unbelievable. .. have purchased from them before but will never in the future.
