Good communication and delivery of their service.

Friendly staff especially Elisha Plume who was so helpful and also quick to answer any emails ! The collection man was so nice and the whole experience getting bags off shredding was quick and easy. I will recommend them to all my friends. 5 stars !!!

We need to shred around 25 kilos. Not enough to warrant collection. We dropped our bags off and received.a destruction certificate the following day. Very professional, clean and secure. Thank you for accommodating us.

Easy to order the sacks and all paid up front. Arranged collection when we were ready. Sacks were collected by a very pleasant young man and he explained I would receive the certificate of destruction in due course. This was received 3 days after collection. Excellent experience from start to finish.

These guys just make it easy for you. Ordering the sacks via their website is straightforward, they arrived within a few days, arranging collection of the full sacks was again simple and confirmed by email and then the driver who came to get them was friendly and helpful. Destruction certificate received the following day. Easy!

I've never contacted a shredding company before but picked this one as you could compute the cost yourself via their interactive website which I liked (rather than having to ring up and find it's ultra expensive or something and awkwardly trying to end the call). The pricing structure was clear and very reasonable for a small business like mine. The fact that it is a family firm was definitely a bonus. I wasn't disappointed - everyone from the lad that personally dropped off the shredding bags, to Elisha in the office who organised it all, to the lad who collected the bags have been totally professional, courteous and efficient with second to none customer service! A credit to their firm and I got an official certificate of destruction emailed over to me the day after the secure shredding bags were taken away so I know that I have fulfilled my legal obligations in that respect too. I am definitely going to use this firm again myself and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others too as I have already done.

A couple of issues at the order stage with the website but otherwise great. I had a couple of questions which they answered quickly. Ordered some extra sacks which they dealt with quickly. Picked up and destroyed and certificate provided. Will use them again.
