Overall disappointing
I think the sizing isn't easy to work by, not accurate. The prices are high considering it's Rainbows, Brownies, Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts and there's limited places items can be found elsewhere, especially when postage is added and you can't return for free to trial items for size. The quality nearly always bobbles so looks worn very quickly.
The feel of the material is nice to start with.

Order not received
Unfortunately, my parcel hasn't been delivered by the delivery company. I've tried to contact the Scout Store twice for help but I haven't received a reply. This is very disappointing!
We had a much more positive experience when ordering before.

Not delivered
I needed this at short notice so I paid extra for next day delivery, waited in for it, but not delivered. Went to track the parcel and it says ‘delivery attempted’ (it wasn’t - I’m sat by the front door) with a blank black picture as ‘proof’. Waste of money.
Okay, this isn’t Scout Shop’s fault, it’s DHL’s. But that’s not my problem, Scout Shop should use a decent delivery service, they need to go and take it up with DHL.
