Moving is always a stressful…
Moving is always a stressful experience, but moving an entire household of vehicles across state lines is on a whole different level. I am so incredibly grateful to have found Ship With Trusty LLC to handle my move from California to Texas. I didn’t just use them once—I’ve trusted them with five vehicles over the last few months, and they have exceeded my expectations every single time.
Our Journey Together:
April 12th: We started with the first 2 cars. The process was so smooth I knew I’d be back.
June 27th: Shipped the next 2 cars. Once again, the timing was perfect and the care was top-notch.
July 1st (Today!): My 5th and final vehicle is being picked up today to join the rest!
A Special Shoutout to Leo Parker: I cannot say enough good things about Leo. In an industry that can be unpredictable, Leo is a breath of fresh air. terrible shipping company and dishonest. would not recommend to any future customers.
update: i am posting an updated review because, within hours of my original one-star review, a number of fake five-star reviews appeared, which raises concerns about their authenticity. this only adds to my disappointment with the company’s handling of my situation.
more importantly, my deposit has still not been refunded despite my repeated requests. until this matter is resolved and my refund is processed, i will keep this review posted to reflect my experience.

At the time your order was placed, you agreed to our Terms and Conditions, which clearly state that the reservation fee becomes non-refundable if the customer books or ships the vehicle through another company after we have begun dispatch and reservation services. According to our records, your shipment was arranged with another transporter while your order with us was still active, which falls under this provision of the agreement.
The reservation fee covers the dispatch, administrative, and insurance-related services that begin once an order is accepted. For this reason, the deposit is not refundable under the terms of the signed agreement.
Regarding your comments about other customer reviews, we categorically reject the suggestion that we post or solicit fake reviews. We encourage honest feedback from all of our customers and comply with the policies of the review platforms on which we are listed.
We remain committed to treating every customer fairly and transparently. If you would like to discuss your order further, we are happy to do so directly and provide copies of the signed agreement and any relevant documentation.
Never go with this company
When I called up this company to get a quote, the pricing was reasonable so I put down the deposit. They said the date I had set for the delivery was very reasonable and yet days and weeks went by and no driver came to pick up my car. They then called me up frantically saying they finally found a driver and that I would have to pay double my quote to ship the car with excuses of gas prices and driver availability. They refuse to provide me a refund of my deposit saying they worked so hard to find me a driver when that is literally their job to do. Never go with this place nothing about them is trusty. (UPDATE) After giving this bad review they reached out to finally pay me back if I removed the review and they proceeded to ignore me and FLOOD the reviews with fake 5 star reviews. DONT TRUST THEM!

When the order was placed, the quoted price was based on the market conditions at that time. As with all auto transport brokers, pricing is subject to carrier availability and current market conditions. We made every effort to secure a carrier at the original quoted price, but despite extensive dispatch efforts, no carrier was willing to accept the shipment at that rate. Once a carrier became available, the market rate had increased significantly, and we presented that option to the customer without any obligation to accept it.
The reservation fee was not retained arbitrarily. As outlined in the signed Terms and Conditions, the deposit covers the dispatch, reservation, and administrative services that begin immediately after an order is placed. Additionally, our records indicate that the shipment was ultimately arranged through another transportation company while our order was still active, which, under the agreed terms, makes the reservation fee non-refundable.
We also categorically deny the allegation that we offered a refund in exchange for removing a review or that we have posted fake reviews. We value honest customer feedback and operate in accordance with the policies of the review platforms on which we are listed.
We remain committed to transparency and professionalism. If anyone would like to review the signed agreement or discuss the details of the order, we are happy to do so directly.

Shipping a boat across country
I had to ship a boat across country. I sent out the request and received about 50 quotes. My first quote that I received from a so called "Legit / honest" took a large reservation fee and tripled the price day before pickup and now I'm trying to get that back - You will see that review soon as well - I almost gave up on the shipment until Mark C with Ship with Trusty contacted me...Lets just say everything he said he would do he did! It arrived ahead of schedule in perfect condition, he answered all of my questions very quickly, no price changes once all was decided. Just an overall amazing experience. I don't ship that many items that often but to have someone like Mark in your contacts is awesome! Job well done!

We paid zelle which is verified and now they stated the driver will not release the bike nor state where it is located if an additional $850 is paid via another zelle address. All we want is the HD returned. Police Report is going to follow and FMCSA report as well.

I requested a specific date to ship my vehicle. This company agreed to the date and charged me a $150.00 deposit. Two days prior to vehicle pickup, I was contacted and they stated the vehicle could not be picked up on the specified date and had to change the date and charge an additional $50.00. I requested my order be cancelled due to them changing the date and charging me more. They stated I was going to be charged $50.00 for the cancellation, even though they were at fault due to them changing the date and trying to charge me more. DO NOT PROVIDE THE DEPOSIT UNTIL YOUR VEHICLE IS PICKED UP! Check around for a more reputable auto shipping company!

I was referred to Mark with Ship with Trusty after another carrier was unable to follow thru with a quote and transport as agreed upon. I spoke with Mark and was able to secure transportation from Florida to Minnesota in a short period of time. The car was picked up as scheduled and fortunately with weather cooperated and the car was delivered a little early which, was perfect for me. Will use them again in the future as there was NO dog and Pony show!
