All great thank you. I have been using this product for quite a few years but this is the first time buying direct from Serenity. I will always try to purchase direct now as I received not only the best price but excellent customer service from Andrew who exceeded my expectations. In addition the service was quick and the packaging was a very sturdy box. The lids are screw top with tamper proof seals. I decant the product into pump dispensers which produce the foam well for easy application. I like the fact that the original liquid I usually choose is not scented. Thanks very much again for the 5L containers (we rinse out and re-purpose those when empty for jobs in the garden and porch so there is no plastic waste) and for your efficient, friendly and professional customer service. My previous supplier of hand foam had gone out of business and I discovered Serenity whilst searching for a suitable replacement - one that kills nasty things such as Norovirus as well as the usual suspects.

My initial order had a missing item but this was sorted out immediately by Andrew and with incredibly fast delivery.

Customer service is superb and this is the way you retain customers! I have also ordered spray cleaner and wipes and will be using this extremely professional company from now on.

Bottle didn't have a seal on it and half of it emptied into the box and bag in transit. When I contacted the company on several occasions no one came back to me. Very poor.

This situation has been satisfactorily concluded for me although there had been some issues with the courier and delivery. There had obviously been a problem with Comms and the company weren't aware of my issues. I withdraw the 1 star as the issue has been rectified.

All five pumps have such a delightful scent. Currently on a cruise with the Moro virus circulating, I'm diligently using them to ward off germs.

If you want a quality product that cleans and doesn't irritate your skin then the Serenity wipes are perfect for you. I've been using hand and surface wipes for years and wouldn't change them for anything, yes they're a little more expensive than other wipes but you get what you pay for.

My order arrived timely and in perfect condition. As for some time now, I find Serenity's products are excellent! Over the years, I've ordered a few different items, but mostly the foam handsanitizers, which I swear by. They are alcohol free, gentle on the skin, no residue, importantly antibacterial and the scented ones are delightful. Thank you very much for the gift of the pocket/travel size of the Winter Spice foam handsanitizer, which smells truly divine. I hope you'll make more of that one!
