Completely satisfied with my Senville product and service
I recently had problems with my Senville heat pump unit and I am happy to say that after a short conversation with the supply company and really good service by Modern Cool Heating Ltd. what was a serious malfunction with electrical components, has been completely resolved.

Second time display replaced on floor unit.
This is the second time in less than two years that I had to change the LED display on floor unit. If I was not handy in replacing it, the cost of a HVAC guys coming to my home each time would have been $130 per visit.

When I received my heat pump
When I received my heat pump, the fins in two different places were squat. I wasn’t impressed and I sure hope it doesn’t affect the operation.
