parcel sent to wrong address my fault initially then I sent two messages to correct the address which seemed to be ignored then parcel is not lost has been made safe but is 1000kms away

Your message was sent on a sunday (our support doesn't work on sunday), then on monday morning the packing team has prepaired your order and sent it to the address you have provided when passing your order, before support team could handle you message.
