Picked Up my New Motorhome on Thursday…
Picked Up my New Motorhome on Thursday the 3rd September Alarm keeps going Off at Rendham reported to Technical on Friday they said they would arrange for an engineer to come and fix it, they also said they would let me know how soon they would come. Today is Sunday and up 6pm the alarm has gone off 32 times driving myself and my neighbours crazy. Very disappointed with the aftersales service typical of some companies today take your money and forget you. Give you false promises for an international company you need to get your act together and look after customers better.

Good communication on the phone during the order process Fitter turned up and fitted the unit on time Not sure what else I can say given the unit is passive and I won't know if it's any good unless I have to call in the event of theft !!
